Bruce! Bruce! Bruce! Three cheers to Bruce!…read more My friend's 2 yr old Mitsubshi has had 6 recalls. The last straw was the engine going into a mode which wouldn't go faster than 35 mph on Rt 28. The car has been well maintained and less than 30k miles. She bought her car from Jim Shorkey. She was willing to give them another try. Bruce took us from Chick Fil to Macy's to McDonald's dealerships. We did the McKnight Road tour. After 5 hours of looking at various vehicles and financing, we left with a "new" vehicle. Bruce went above and beyond to find a 3 row with sufficient storage vehicle. Bruce represented the Jim Shorkey brand well.

While there were initial concerns, these were promptly addressed. Nevertheless, in January, the vehicle's engine failed at approximately 51,000 miles. The dealership retained my vehicle for a month and subsequently informed me that the repair, estimated at $21,000, would not be covered under warranty. Upon transferring the vehicle to an alternative dealership, a resubmission of the warranty claim resulted in its approval. I perceive this situation as a significant misrepresentation and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Upon receiving copies of previous work orders I also found out this was a rental car but when we purchased the car we were told it had 1 previous owner I feel they were deceptive from the very begining and I would be very leary using them.

The awesome man there told me it was my alternator and that I could go across the street to have it replaced. He said they are a super fair mechanic shop and they won't try to take advantage of you nor will they rip you off. They squeezed me in the following day and I had my car back 24 hours after I dropped it off. Their price was very reasonable and their service was great. They will be becoming my new go to repair shop. Thank you Mark 1 Auto Sales Kara H.

Fair people to work with when trying to get rid of a few used cars. I looked up a few nearby places…read morethat would take old, beat up, almost nonfunctional cars for some money. I just had to get rid of some. They were willing to pay (albeit not much) and would take the cars. I believe they were listed on a site that compares rates for local used car buyers. I would sell 2 cars: a Mazda and a Lexus (I think. It's been a long time since these cars have been driven). In total, I was given a bit over $600 for the two of them. I think the price is okay given these are all older than 2010, they are somewhat beat up, and the condition is not that great all in all. Why should you settle for a price like that? Honestly, it will help you free up your garage and just give you some cash. These cars would have kept deprecating in value if I hadn't done anything with them. The guys here were friendly and patient. They were fair and went from online estimate to handing the cash in just a few days. Another added bonus: they were able to come from their Babcock Blvd location to Verona to pick up the cars! So, if you've got some junk cars, this is a good company to sell them to. Don't expect much cash, but it's better than nothing.

They mask problems with their cars and do not allow you to take the car you decided on and get a mechanic to check it out. It has cost me today 3500 in repairs and I have put less then 40 miles on the car cause it's been in the shop. The oil leakwas hidden it was so bad that the engine almost ceased from gaskets it was was hidden the throttle control sensor had to be replaced which was dangerous when your driving and the engine suddenly quits and ABS control box replaced. The warning engine control light was tampered by this company so you don't get a warning light and when your car breaks down on a highway and you bring into a shop it's to late. Customer service is horrible!…read more I purchased a 2021 GLS580 for 57k with 10k down from them May 8 and as soon as i pulled off the lot to fill the empty gas tank, the engine light came on. They have me bring the car back in for them to fix it only for them to keep giving me different pickup dates which led to them keeping it for a full 3 weeks! I had to get a rental car after the first week because the job wasn't a quick fix and i needed to get around i have 3 kids. The rental ended up costing me a full $2000. On top of that, i still owed for that very first car note plus insurance which was $850 and $290. They explained that they didn't tell me to get a rental but they could try to help with something. 3 weeks later of barely hearing back from them, I reach out a final time only for them to tell me they can not help me with anything because it costs them a couple thousand to repair the broken truck they sold me. Basically I had to pay an additional $3,000 in one month because of these guys and they did nothing for the inconvenience. They claim they were "doing me favor" but none of this would've happened if the car wasn't sold to me with something wrong with it in the first place. On top of this all, there seems to be a loose part on the truck that i told them about and they did nothing about that either. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied with this company they costs me a lot of money and did nothing about it. I can't believe I gave them my business.
