Inside, the building looks brand spanking new and very spacious as you can imagine. In an added plot twist, there is an underground passage right beneath the building (just go down from the main lobby) where there are a series of lunchtime-centric restaurants including the amazing Istanbul Grille. If every skyscraper had such wonders beneath it, I would spend all my time beneath skyscrapers. But as it happens, I stick to being down underneath this Mellon. Parking in this area is tricky during busy times, but if you manage to find it nearby, come and check out Istanbul Grille below this amazing building. The best place to view the skyline is from way up on Grandview Drive at the incredible lookout points. She is quite unpleasant and exudes a harsh and uninviting aura that is certain to repel patrons from this establishment. The last straw was today when she told me that they were unable to deposit a 3rd party check that was endorsed to me. The establishment itself is grim and dingy. Based on the decor, it looks as if it has not done any renovations since the 1970's. Their online banking software is abysmally archaic and out of date by at least 15 years. Furthermore, they are habitually slow with processing deposits electronically. I have also seen first hand the apparent unscrupulous methods in which they Collect unjustified fees from certain patrons. I feel bad for the other pleasant employees that work there, as one can only assume they must endure a good deal of unnecessary stress and just put up with it because it's a job. I wonder if they have ever been investigated, because surely I cannot be the only one who has made these observations. If possible, find somewhere else to do your banking.

Beyond that, the online portal for your account is horribly setup and not user friendly. Finally, I have to be honest in saying that some of their associates are not very good at explaining the processes involved in more complicated transactions such as those involving a mortgage in my case. Before you consider doing business with Dollar Bank, I recommend you consider other options available to you and if you do decide to work with them make sure your pencil is more than sharpened. They do not look out for their customers and do not seem overly concerned about making things right.

After that, he stopped returning our emails, texts, and calls, leaving us blindsided and forced to find a new lender. This delay pushed our construction back a month and cost us additional fees. To make matters worse, when I filed a complaint with the CFPB, FNB falsely claimed I had not disclosed the fact that I would rent out my current home adding to my cost to debt ratio until months later. Unfortunately for them, I have communications proving this fact was disclosed months earlier. Long story short, I now have to seek legal counsel to get my money back and more!!! 6 months! This is how they treat customers, PAYING customers. Stay away!

I have been using Southside Sales since the owner was just a kid. Back then they were the best…read morearound. This fall they sold me a $25,000 tractor with multiple antifreeze leeks and now want to charge me $300 to pick it up to tighten a few clamps. It is a disgrace they did not check the tractor out before they sent it to me and more of a disgrace, they are trying to profit off me to fix their laziness. Goggling reviews many Mahindra tractors leave the factory with loosen clamps. Any reputable dealer would know this. If it is still leaking in a few weeks the Vermont consumer board will contact them. So sad what was once the best around has sunk so low. I went with Mahindra because they were the closest. I wish I bougtht Kobota.
