Took my 2018 Q5 in for an oil change and was told it would take approximately 3 hours due to the other bookings they had in that day. Surprisingly, they got me in and out in just around 2 hours. They completed a full diagnostic check and made some recommendations that weren't immediately urgent to resolve so I could make a plan to have those items addressed. Excellent service, overdelivering and under-promising. Will continue to use them for service. read more

My experience at Audi Pittsburgh was so cringe that I went all the way to Audi Washington to get the vehicle I wanted. An almost brand new "Audi certified preowned.". Salesperson at Washington was great. I started noticing that the engine would cut out or stall at very dangerous moments, like in the middle of an intersection or when I really needed to accelerate. I was in dangerous situations several times. Mind you, this is an Audi certified vehicle. Cochrane Monroeville.tried to charge me a $250 "diagnostic fee" just to look at it. let me be clear. I'm talking about a 2025 Audi Q3 SUV with under 10,000 miles. They officially called my situation "unpredictable acceleration" and said that's how the car is made. This is my first experience with Cochrane and it is horrible, I strongly advise you to completely avoid the Q3. It's the most dangerous vehicle I have ever driven. read more

I got my used 2021 Audi Q5 in August 2025. I noticed shaking when hitting the brakes but I didn't see a problem until the end of September when I got on the highway that my steering wheel is shaking hard when I tried to brake. Also, my guest sometimes cannot get into my passenger side without me opening it from the inside. I come in and I knew it was going to be an issue when I was already being charged for a diagnostic when I just bought the car. I get a call they can't find the issue with my door but it's 1700 due to severe rust on my brakes. I only had this car for two months and just went back to work due to working from home. How is my brakes severely rusted?! I call Kurt my sales person (who made the buying process easy and painless) and he goes and talks to Oscar who then tells me they will pay for the labor but I now owe 1300 on just the front brakes and I need tires rotated?!? I JUST GOT THIS CAR AUGUST!!! Knowing I never fixed brakes on my last 2012 Q5 I had for five years I knew this was ridiculous!!!! I'm over #1 Cochran and Audi will never fix or see my car again. I took my audi for service here. Their maintenance shop is like 15 blocks away and requires their man to drive your car 20min+ x 2 for round trips. I took my car for state inspection. However they lost a wheel lock cap upon returning my car. I realized this when I got home, tried calling them but never received the cap that they promised to send. (-4 stars) Something to mention is when I booked it as a waiter, I was told to wait 2.5 hrs but ended up waiting 4 hrs. The guy took care of that however by waiving my inspection fees (+2 stars) Overall I felt the service people are not mean and try to be kind, but the fact that their shop is far far away and they have to drive your car, plus the hiccups with simple tasks such as not losing a lug cap, I feel that their shop is a mess and the service quality does not associate with what you typically expect from Audi at all. I would be disinclined to trust this place for any more in depth service (i.e. Audi care). read more

I made an appointment via their website (Audi Pittsburgh) to buy and install tires on my Q7 for a trip I'm going to take. I show up for my appointment with the confirmation email in hand, which read "Thank you for shopping with AUDI PITTSBURGH. Here are the order and appointment details. Simply bring your vehicle to our service department at your appointment time." Did I get my service done? No. Was I even in their service system? No. I spoke to three people, including the manager, who all kept pointing fingers at the website "not talking to their scheduling system", and that it was "Audi USA" not "Audi Pittsburgh" (not true). So now I'm left with no new tires and have to find another way to go on my trip. The supervisor was flabbergasted I dared to ask for some sort of compensation. For a car brand which markets its luxury and above and beyond service, this is beyond poor. My next car will definitely not be an Audi due to this horrendous service provided. read more

She was great and should go work at another dealership that's not run by unethical people!! I was transferred to the finance manager named Jake Akhtar who was awful and very inexperienced!!! I financed the vehicle through Navy Credit union and he would not accept a check from them!! The biggest credit union in the world! He wanted me to use Audi finance and made up some bs over and over about not accepting a check from NFCU and lost a very easy deal!! Stay far away from this place! read more

I loved my Audi A3 for eight years. Two weeks ago, an appointment was made for a service recall on the vehicle. They sent an email cancelling the appointment and a reschedule appointment was requested. Audi service was contacted, and my call was transfered to the closest dealership. I left two messages last week and never received a callback. This was unusual, and frustrating for two reasons. I like to take care of my vehicles, and my sister and I loved Audi so much we were both considering the Q3. We were in Greensburg last week, and decided to stop in to examine an Acura MDX. We were both very impressed with all the people at the dealership, from the sales person to the service advisors. Yes, the MDX was purchased that day. I am heading back next weekend to purchase the RDX model. I wrote Audi USA and Cochran Audi about my service concern. I received a response from Audi USA several days later. I was not available to take the call, and returned the call several minutes later. The person was not availabe and took almost a week to return my call after I left a message. Cochran Audi had a sales person respond and I felt the objective was to keep me as an Audi customer. Our email exchange ended when I mentioned that my sister was frustrated with the recall appointment being cancelled. It is a shame that some companies do not take customer service serious anymore, and I have noticed it has become worse since the pandemic. read more

I brought my daughter's SQ5 in for a regular maintenance schedule appointment on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival the dealer management software system was down (most popular software, cloud based meaning thousands of dealerships were down as well) and the Saturday staffing had just one service advisor, Patrick. Despite being overwhelmed with appointments, no automated software and the only advisor, Patrick managed the situation perfectly. His focus on customer service to a level well beyond average showed on several fronts. Rushed for time, Patrick gave me a loaner vehicle and allowed me to return it after hours. The work performed was top notch, and a few items that were recommended to be replaced were quickly identified and a simple phone call to seek approval made the entire process simple. While wandering through the dealership I was greeted very politely and found the entire staff friendly and who engaged in conversations to get to know me and offer snacks and drinks while I waited. This is a very well operated car dealership! And with quality associates like Patrick, they have earned our future business for years to come. read more

After Jimmy manager of the collision dept at Audi Pgh told us he couldn't help us with replacing the car they ruined because that "was a different department " we reached out to Audi Sewickley. They didn't have the car we were looking for but offered to help us locate it. The salesman found it for us in WVA & I now have a new car. Thank you Audi Sewickley! Mediocre experience. They scheduled me to do a test drive, but the person who scheduled the appointment was not there. During the test drive, it didn't seem like they were interested in selling the vehicle. Sure enough, MID WAY through the test drive, they tell me the vehicle sold. Disclaimer: This review is for the service department. The sales experience we had went smoothly and was pleasant overall. We purchased a vehicle off a lease from this location about a month ago. We've been service customers here and at the Sewickley location, so a number of the staff are familiar with us. For the last two days we've called seeking an appointment to replace a flat tire. Last night the electrical system in our car failed, and with no response from the service department I had no choice but to escalate our request to Larry, the manager. He quickly set me up with a rental, however an Audi loaner became available later in the day and I was told to pick it up after work. I arrived and Paul was waiting to set me up with the loaner. While looking over our paperwork he made the comment that my boyfriend had called threatening and saying that Audi damaged his car one month prior. That is a flat out lie. No threats were ever made, only requests for a call back to schedule service. We've never even met or worked with Paul, so I don't know why he has such a problem with my boyfriend or why he used such a volatile word. Sean proceeded to process the loaner contract for me and before handing me the key brought up the fact that our useless, broken car had not been brought to the service department yet. He stated that what I was trying to do was illegal and he wouldn't want to put me in the position of having a stolen vehicle. After rushing from working all day to obtain transportation from the luxury brand we have a history with, I was completely outraged. The manager and Mary Jo set me up with the loaner, so I certainly didn't expect to be disrespected in that manner. We will be following up with management in person when we have our vehicle towed in, tomorrow bright and early, and hopefully Paul will be there for our chat as well. read more

A few things I want to say here. Vehicle service here is exceptional. I had a recall and dropped my car off. The dealership loaned me a nicely optioned A4 and finished my car in about 6 hours. None of the times that I've had my car serviced here has there ever been an issue. No damage or BS from the gentlemen in the service department and they're seemingly spectacular in their field. Now the sales department is a different story. They're pretty empty most of the time and rightfully so. My trade in was undervalued by 4 thousand despite other dealers offers and budged a little but I'm not biting the bullet on a low offer. Then the dealer has recently started a new style of pricing with "haggle free" purchasing. This means that the price you see for a vehicle is what you should expect to pay. The dealer will do nothing to bring it into market expectations. Now I can imagine their rent for a spot in the middle of the strip is high, but I didn't know the fumes of burning cash could make their business practices high too. The car I wanted to buy was priced over KBB value by more than 2 grand. Why anyone purchase a vehicle above book value with a bad trade in offer is above me. The justification for the new pricing tactic was internet sales done sigh unseen such as carvana and I'm not sure where their black book said to price this car but not haggling is a mistake and I'll probably never buy a car through this dealership group. When the value isn't there and the dealer won't budge, it's not even worth the drive downtown. Side note, I watched a gentleman wander in, stand around for about 30 minutes and when he finally found someone, he complained and left. Our service experience at Cochran Audi of Pittsburgh was disappointing and inconvenient to say the very least. I booked the appointment online through the website with an agent by the name of Scarlett. I booked it for a Monday morning at 7:30am and requested a loaner vehicle. Scarlett confirmed the appointment. It was a simple appointment for an oil change, state inspection and a recall. I have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership in the past. Here is a synopsis of how things went: * When I arrived at 7:15am on Monday for my 7:30am appointment - there was no record of it. There was nothing in the computer and no loaner vehicle reserved. No loaner vehicles available for a minimum of two weeks. No one seemed to know who Scarlett is. * After some pleading, because I was leaving on a trip later in the week - they managed to fit me in for the appointment. Because there was no loaner vehicle available, I paid for my own ride to work through UBER. Apparently, Cochran Audi of Pittsburgh has a LYFT account and offers complimentary rides - but could not order one for me because their internet connection was down. Sorry Charlie - no ride for you. * Late day Monday - I texted to see when my car would be done. I was told to call the dealership, which I did. I was told by my service advisor, Linda that I brought the car in with a chipped windshield (which, I did not) and they left it sitting in the sun until late afternoon. The windshield was now cracked the entire way across the line of vision and now would not pass inspection. I was told to come pick up my car, get the windshield fixed on my own, at my own expense and to then make another appointment for the inspection to be completed. o After expressing my extreme dismay and reiterating that I did not leave the car there with a chip in the windshield, and I would not be paying for it to be replaced, and I would now need a loaner vehicle to get home - Linda told me she would have her manager, Larry Pryor, call me. Larry never called. Linda called back and said they would have a LYFT bring me back to the dealership and pay for the windshield. Everything would be taken care of by Wednesday afternoon, so I could leave for my trip on Thursday morning. o I got a ride to the dealership and miraculously, there was now a loaner car waiting for me - even though I was told early that morning there were none available for a minimum of two weeks. Linda needed a driver's license and a credit card. Also - a copy of my insurance card, which was in my vehicle about 20 blocks away at a completely different location, which I knew nothing about. (I reminded her that she took copies of my insurance card earlier that morning for the inspection) * I heard nothing from the dealership on Tuesday. * On Wednesday, I texted again to see how things were going. I was told that the glass never arrived, and the car would not be done, so I should just take their loaner vehicle on my trip. Because it would now be so delayed, I asked if they could also look at the broken armrest since it would be there until Monday. * I received a few texts over the weekend while away to assure me that all was going well and the car would be ready by Monday. * I checked in on Monday and let Linda know I would be there around 3:30 pm to pick up my vehicle. * When I picked up my car, she went to get a wet paper towel to wipe down the door sill and I said, oh don't worry - if it's just the door sill. I paid the bill, and Linda walked me to my vehicle. I shook her hand and said thanks for trying to make things right. * When I was driving home - I looked around and could not believe the utter filth in how the car was returned to us. The new windshield was in, but the inside of it is so dirty you can barely see and there are suction marks where they used the grippers to install it. The floors on both sides of the car look like there were cement workers that took the car to a jobsite. The floormats and doorsills are covered in mud. Even the speakers in the door have mud on them. * I texted the dealership with all of the photos and expressed how upset we are. I heard nothing back from Linda or her manager, Larry. I gave them three days before I wrote this review. In summary, the service at this dealership is preposterous. When you spend hard-earned money on a vehicle like this, there should be better service. It's one of the reasons we chose Audi. We have owned many nice cars in our lifetime, and have never been treated with such disrespect. After being lured in by all the great aspects of owning an Audi, we traded our Lexus and now are sorry that we did. We will go back to being Lexus owners, where the service was always impeccable. It's safe to say the remainder of our service for this vehicle certainly won't be at Cochran Audi of Pittsburgh. read more

I recommend that you choose an alternate dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle or service your Audi. Our vehicle purchase experience at Audi Pittsburgh was less than a one star. We found 2 vehicles of interest on line that were service loaners and I called to inquire. Talked to a sales rep and she said she would call back after checking location and availability. No call back. I call the dealership again and ask to speak with someone interested in selling a car. I was connected with Tyler Krzyzanowski and there began an experience of frustration. Buying a car should be fun...this was not. Went to check out the car and Tyler warmly greeted me, shaking my hand and ignored my wife who was standing right next to me. I gave him my license and insurance information and he took 20 minutes to return with the form so that we could test drive the car. We decided to purchase the car on the test drive, and told Tyler upon return. He said the car would be ready in 2 hours and I pointed out that the car was very dirty to include the interior and engine compartment. We asked if he could deliver the car to our house and he said yes. We asked that the car be titled in both our names and my wife gave Tyler her license. He returned after 10 minutes. We left somewhat frustrated...it was early in the morning. Tyler shows up with the car at 5:00 pm with the paperwork titled only in my name. We send him away telling him that the car was still dirty. He said the 30 point all star inspection took time. He returns the next day with the vehicle interior cleaned but the engine compartment and tires untouched. We sat down to sign the paperwork and Tyler knew nothing about the various forms that we were signing. This was a simple cash deal. He had to call the dealership several times for answers. A couple days later I clean the car myself and notice a gash in the sidewall. Call the dealership and get the "our inspection would have caught that, must have happened after delivery". I buy a new tire. We have the car for a year and are not happy with acceleration delay at times. The car needs PA inspection and the dealership offers free inspection when getting emissions test. What they do is double the price of the emissions test to $80...numerous stations offer both for that price. Checking in the car my wife and I talk about the acceleration delay with the service rep Patrick McCulloch. He pushes back on what we say ultimately telling us that this all sounds normal to him. By the time I was leaving I was very upset. Patrick made me feel like I knew nothing about cars. He could have said, Ok Mr. Jones we will check that and let you know. The customer is always right is the first lesson in customer service. Patrick knows none of that. So then I get a text from the service manager Larry telling me how important it is that they receive 5 stars in the Audi service review and asks how Patrick did. I tell him and then Larry withholds the survey. Right in line with how they run their business. I contend that these problems go right to the top...Rob Cochran. The only reason we went to Pittsburgh Audi was the lack of cars in the market place. Several years ago we had gone to Cochran Infiniti in Murrysville to look at a car. Middle of the day during the week, no other customers. We find a car on the lot that interests us. We go inside to inquire, we wait, no one responds. Finally a manager comes from his office and asks what we need. We tell him we are interested in a car on the lot. He says Steve will help us, saying Steve is an expert in all these cars. Steve has a rag in his hand and says, "just give me a few minutes to finish shining this car over here". We told Steve to take all the time he needed and left. So we have a total lack of training with Tyler and Patrick and some sort of silly game going on at Infinity, and a general lack of caring about the customer across the board. I was incentivized to write this review when Larry withheld the Audi service review. read more

The person who sold me the car disappeared off the face of the Earth after I signed all paperwork and drove the car off the lot, despite my multiple requests to set up a time to go over features of the car and to set up Audi Connect. They're great when buying the car, but don't expect too much after they have your money. Maybe the salesperson is an exception. I hope heir service department is better. By far the best Audi service dealership I have ever seen anywhere! Went here for my service and they went above and beyond. Paul and MaryJo at the front service desks were so helpful and the entrance is very easy to find and pull in and out. All of the service was completed on time, everything was done perfectly, and they even washed my car for me at no charge. They explained everything that was to be done upfront so that there were no surprises. I didn't even buy my car at this dealership because it wasn't open yet, but they still treated me as if I have been a lifelong customer. I really appreciated that and I will likely buy my next car from this location because good service is hard to find these days. This place exemplified great service. I highly recommend this dealership for service. My experience would lead me to believe that the sales side is equally as great. read more

I purchased a used Q5 from Audi Pittsburgh, within the first 1000 miles I was back at the dealer twice for a low oil warning. The determined the piston rings needed replaced (after having the car for 3 days and no contact from them I had to call the service manager to get an update), not a good sign for a car I just purchased. This is a common problem with Audi's, so common that I even asked the salesperson about it before purchasing the car, and he told me it was not a problem for the 2.0 in this car, just on the older 1.8. That is total BS as I found out later, just google Audi oil consumption and you will find the class action suit on the 2.0 engine. They agreed to replace the pistons under the warranty on this engine and at first we were told there were no loaner cars available so it took t days of complaining to the sales manager to get a loaner car. A week and a half after it was supposed to be done with no updates from the service department, we finally went to pick up the car. They pulled it up and as soon as we got we noticed a strong odor of gasoline. I pulled it into a parking spot to inspect it but I couldn't as the hood release was now broken (how did they do the final inspection if they couldn't open the hood?). So back in the loaner for another 3 days while they fix the fuel leak and repair the hood release. So on top of the worst service experience I have ever had, I just got the "bill" for the loaner. I expected to have to pay the Tolls on the EZpass but they overcharged more than double on the tolls, $6.00 for a $2.70 toll and $10.00 for a $4.80 toll resulting in a total overcharge of $54.80. I will probably never buy another Audi and will definitely never buy another vehicle or get service from any Cochran dealership. read more

Absolutely horrible Service Department. Ive called numerous times to get in touch with Patrick in service and he PURPOSELY ignores my calls. He is always "with a customer" and will call you back... which he never does. MaryJoe is helpful but she's just the messenger. Audi Pittsburgh, you can do a lot better for a service department. My experience here was VERY disappointing. I go to school in Pittsburgh, and needed some work done on my Audi Q5. I had a small oil leak that I already new about. I took my car to the dealership, and they told me they charge a flat diagnostic fee to look at the car (over $100). I was fully aware of the problem I had with the car, but they said they won't do anything for me without charging this and doing their full inspection. This was standard and I had seen this at the dealership back in Cincinnati, but they had always rolled this fee into the repairs if I got it done with them. Here, I asked about this and they refused to do so. I really needed the leak fixed so I decided to just take it in and pay the fee. They called and told me that I needed the oil leak fixed (which I already knew), had debris in my front 2 tires and needed them completely replaced, and URGENTLY needed new brake pads and rotors. Parts and repairs totaling well over $3k on a 2010 car with almost 120k miles on it. I just got the oil leak fixed here and took it in for a second opinion. My second opinion showed me that the brake pads were fine (about 40% worn) and the front two tires were in perfect condition. They found a small nail in back tire and patched it up, no replacement necessary. The dealership must have missed this (unless it happened in the week between the time I took it in, which is very possible), and made up a lot of other repairs I did not even need. The dealership made up a lot of repairs and was very adamant that I needed them to try to get more business. This was extremely dishonest. Be careful here, especially if you're a female. Make sure to get a second opinion they're just trying to get you to spend more than you need to here. Even worse, all Audi dealerships will do a complimentary wash and vacuum on your car. I requested this when I dropped it off, and even reminded them over the phone. When I picked up my car, they had forgotten to do this. On a positive note, their seating area is very nice if you need to wait here while having your car worked on. read more

Extremely rude and condescending were the words he used. We've had this Audi for about 5 days, his work vehicle is also an Audi so when we needed to replace the family car we moved from Mercedes to Audi for performance reasons. Made a service appointment at their location in Monroeville on a Saturday and no one showed up to even unlock the building. Had an email confirming it and everything. Waited awhile tried to ask Cochran employees of neighboring dealerships and couldn't get any information so eventually just left. Tried to reach out to them in multiple ways and no one ever even responded. I switched to them after Day Audi closed and I've been sorely disappointed. My first service appointment at the Pittsburgh location they didn't reset my service light indicator in the car and since my husband drove home I didn't notice until we were home. It's a far drive so I had to just find a mechanic close to home to reset it. read more

I take my car to the Monroeville service center most of the time. Usually can get in there sooner than the strip location. Charlie is a great service manager, he's a straight shooter and knows his stuff. On my most recent visit I had planned to wait but they needed to order a part and he was able to scrounge up a loaner for me. A nice A4. The part was covered by CPO warranty so no complaints there. Even though it's more costly than the local garage, I'm confident in their abilities and the free loaner is helpful. read more

After my review, I was immediately contacted by members of the management team who apparently were able to link my visit/contact information with this review. While I wish I hadn't been placed into a situation (poor service and no response to my email) to place the review, I really appreciate the fact that they contacted me to make things right. By the time I heard back, I had already made my decision to go elsewhere. However, I do find it a positive sign that they recognized the issues and hope it was an isolated incident (leading to an adjustment of my rating). read more

Great facility but absolutely terrible customer service. Called every day for a week to get a hold of Patrick M, left voicemails, sent a emails, even called service center and asked if he still worked there, not one single response. Poor service indeed. I have also waited over 3 hours to get a wheel lock issue removed, while they stated it would take less than an hour. Not once did Patrick come over and provide an update on the status of the car. Frankly, honda provides a far better service and for a fraction of the price. read more
