When she was ready to purchase another car, she told me world-class motors didn't have what she wanted. I've purchased two cars from world class and I know the owner well I first met him as a customer, purchasing a car for my daughter when she was a teenager and then when I was ready for a car, he went and found the car that I wanted. World Class Motors is the kind of place you want to do business with. My daughter decided to go elsewhere and that was a word I can't say kind of show. There were a lot of things that happened there that didn't sit easy with me , so I called Pat. Mind you I didn't purchase a car from him, but he was kind enough to look at the loan and things that this dealership added unnecessarily. He educated me about dealership markups that were on the bill of sale. He also gave me great advice to make a bad situation somewhat better and I don't know how many dealerships would actually do that for you. If you are looking to purchase a car I highly, and I do mean highly recommend that you go to World Class Motors they have an extremely high standard when it comes to customer service. And I could just be biased because I consider the owner Pat, my friend. He treats everybody with respect and transparency. You can't go wrong with his business.

I purchased a 2015 Buick encore on July 22, 2025 and after leaving Jeff's home I drove approximately 5 miles and the engine light came on. I then called him and he told me to take it to O'Reillys or somewhere and have it hooked up on their system to see what the codes I took it to in Wisconsin because I live in Janesville Wisconsin. It showed that the turbo was bad. Mr. Jeff met me loves and gave me $300 towards the turbo which I thought was fair at that time, however after four days of trying to get this car into a shop, I finally got it into Kaiser Buick and Chevy in Janesville Wisconsin. I had oil leaks from the oil pan, I had leaks from the lines out of the turbo and into the turbo I had exhaust problems. I had brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced and a left control arm, and to be quite frank I paid 5500 for the car and I've now spent a total of $10,300 and finally got my car back yesterday. Do not ever deal with these people when I called them and told them everything that needed to be done to this car and I wanted my money back, they blew me off. I will never recommend anyone to Shop or purchase anything from these people. I do plan to take them to small claims court also to fund me some of the money that I have lost because of their dishonesty, they'll tell you you're like family. They are very good Con artists as Jeff was the best. Do yourself a favor spread the word I just believe in what goes around comes around and people like this will be dealt with by our heavenly father at some point in their life

Keep in mind throughout this post that I thought I was going to get taken care of since they've…read morebeen the only ones to touch my Audi and I've paid them roughly about $6k all within the last year and a half to two years for the maintenance they've "done". So I can't imagine how much advantage they take from first timers. Had a tow truck take my 2013 Audi over to Eurotech so that they could fix the water pump that broke (they "replaced" water pump housing and thermostat assembly a year ago for $1300) since it was leaking coolant bad. Started to dig in to see why it was leaking coolant to begin with and found out the water pump housing was cracked. Got on the phone with Ted yesterday (Nov. 11) and spoke about the issue and emailed him some pictures about what I had discovered. Said he didn't have any time to look at it till Tuesday of the following week ( Nov. 17). No big deal, I asked if I could get it towed there tomorrow (Nov. 12) knowing they wouldn't have time to look at it till the following week. He said it was fine. Come today, (Nov. 12) 10 minutes before the tow truck arrives to their location I get a call saying that they were backing out and weren't going to take responsibility even though the day before they stressed that all their work and parts are under warranty for 2 years because I had already diagnosed the problem myself... Made 0 sense to me. When the tow truck driver gets there the Owner (I believe is who he was) comes out screaming saying "get that piece of shit out of my lot, don't even think about dropping it". Then the tow truck driver was letting him know he had no idea what was going on and he was just dropping it where the customer (I) told him to. Then the owner continues to say "If you drop it here I will call the police and report it abandoned and it's mine". All this happened after they stressed to me the work and parts were covered under warranty for 2 years. Never coming back to this establishment and definitely spreading the word so that no one has to go through this. I would've had 0 issues if they would back their work like they claimed they would. But apparently if you get work done through Eurotech and something goes wrong with parts THEY installed, instead of making it right, they will turn their back on you and make a scene.
