If I could rate this Fantastic Group of Professionals, (And In particular, my Designated Attorney Michael Crouse!) more than 5 stars I would! Everyone is so quick to judge a lawyer (pun not intended) as money grubbing and callous, but not attorney Jonathan Sooriash. I've had an emotional roller coaster of a year in 2022 to say the least between financial issues, family issues, health issues, and more. I decided I needed a tax attorney to represent me in dealing with the IRS due to having very large prior year taxes due, even though I was current in tax return filings, and having just received notice that the IRS had cancelled a prior installment agreement and were threatening me with wage garnishment, property liens, etc. After a telephone call with J. I hired J. David Tax Law after I got a letter from the IRS stating that I had 3 years of unfiled taxes and they were going to start to garnish my pay checks. They were not wrong, I knew this was a problem for a while but kept putting it off because I did not think I could afford to do anything about it. That was a big mistake on my end.
