Kevin's questions while doing my taxes showed me how methodical he was and it was interesting to understand the reasons he asked (he explained to me some of the terms, laws, etc.). We managed to get through my complicated taxes and I was ready to be on my way. My experience for the first time was great at K&A, especially for such a dull tax activity. There were two things that I'd point out could be improved for my experience to be much better. 1. Up front transparency for cost of tax filing 2. When confronted, they refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. Their incompetence cost me thousands of dollars, countless hours, and an enormous amount of stress. If you want your taxes done correctly, do not risk your business with this firm. Using a real CPA is a completely different experience.
