When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project. Trevor was waiting for a contractor to show up at our house, while he was waiting he organized my garage.... no lie!! I would recommend The Dynamic Group to anyone. Dwynne Belton replaced our roof and did a great job…read more While the other vendor we asked was trying to sell us on installing powered attic fans in our roof for ventilation, Dwynne instead suggested a passive ridge vent that was quiet and effective. While the other suggested putting new shingles on top of our old shingles, Dwynne recommended pulling the old shingles to address any structural damage underneath (and boy did we find some) and to extend the life of the new roof. He took care to make sure that everything was done well and correctly, and even suggested replacing our old and ugly chimney stack with a much smaller, more modern, and much more attractive one at no extra cost. He made sure that everything was flashed and sealed correctly. His team worked quickly, worked well, and cleaned everything up. A couple years later, we had him replace the roof on our new house. Doing our due diligence, we also got quotes from two other vendors - one never gave us a quote, while the other came in significantly higher and insisted that because our roof couldn't support a ridge vent we needed to install powered exhaust fans in our roof for ventilation (what is it with some roofing contractors trying to sell roof fans?). Not only was Dwynne Belton's quote much lower, but he was able to install a passive roof vent even without a ridge to work with, which provides all the ventilation we need without generating noise or consuming electricity. His crew removed and replaced all the damaged and rotten wood that was sitting under our old roof, sealed and flashed everything, and again cleaned everything up when they were done.

It was comforting that they have a location where I can talk to them in person where in the past contractors that didn't finish work, did not return calls and were nowhere to be found. I had James finish our kitchen, living room, foyer, banister and stairs. Every detail from the installation to the paint work was not only top quality, it was communicated through every step. However, the work Aromas did on the floors of our home is so atrocious that others should be made aware. We had a pipe break in our home last year and it caused significant damage to the first floor and the basement of our new construction home. On the first floor, one half of the wood floor needed to be replaced (ironically, the poor leveling from the builder allowed for only half of the floor to be impacted). Because we were new home owners, brand new to the area, and expecting our twins in less than two months, we went with the recommendation of a local expert and hired Aromas to do the floor. We continue to pay the price for this poor decision, as the quality continues to deteriorate. The repairs took over a month, and despite a lot of back and forth about mismatched coloring, wood marks, etc., the floors were "completed" with numerous splits and defects. Enough so that the company's owner came out to see the work. While they attempted to fill some of the larger cracks, it was done very sloppily and fixed nothing. What's done is done, but it's shocking to see how one side of the floor differs from the other. Please see the included photos for proof. The difference in quality is obvious and it's unfortunate. In retrospect, I wish they took longer to provide a higher quality product. But more than anything, I wish we never hired them. The floors split more and more every day, and are now becoming hazardous to our small children who are now crawling and running around with bare feet. Be warned.

The communication between workers, project managers, and office staff is nonexistent. We were constantly on the phone trying to figure out what was going on with our project and when workers would be returning. It reached the point where we had to threaten to have someone else finish the job Aroma'z started. Small finishing touches took multiple attempts to complete correctly. I don't know if the job would have ever been finished had we not been on top of them calling constantly to get workers to come out and finish up. Overall, the work was done very well, specifically the tile floors, backsplash, and countertops. You will not be upset with the finished product if you can tolerate the process, but we will not be using them for any future projects due to the lack of communication.

We are glad that we chose to work with Gally, the owner, and his team members Will, Doug and Tony because the project required a great deal of meticulousness and patience. All of these guys are very respectful and good at what they do. Their design skills are terrific. From start to finish Gally made us feel secure and comfortable with the entire process. He was always available via phone, text, and would swing by if we had any questions or problems during the project. We know now whenever we need to install or upgrade anything in the house, we will call Center City Contractors. Terrific prices, terrific people, and even better work.

I was then asked to come into the office/showroom. I told them I wasn't going to waste my time if the price was too much. I was then given a broad price range and told I'd have a more detailed and exact price the next day after it was completed. I never received that price and that was over a week ago. If they're not very reliable during the estimate and trying to earn your business phase, they most likely won't be during the actual remodel.

We have no hvac getting to the upstairs bedroom the hvac was never completed the contractor they used never responded to them and we have no air getting upstairs after the incomplete remodel. My cabinets are not aligned and failing they will not return to complete the job and or warrant the work. The cabinets had a warranty and no one returns my calls or emails. All i want is the what i paid for is quality of workmanship work completed as promised and a warranty being upheld. The century 21 cabinets are not working properly and will continue to get worse if not addressed as the job was incomplete. They left and never returned. They sub out the hvac and that became my problem due to three holidays in between our remodel. Days off , terrible weather and lack of finding good workers and availability of them. Unforseen issues that came about during the remodel that i was told was difficult to find good help from the owner and to be patient. As i was. I could question nothing. Then i got told otherwise due to time passed that was out of my control due to communication and knowledge issues with their workers that was not my issue as well that i am paying for now with the incomplete remodel which is not alot to ask. My cabinets need adjustments. Before they fail totally. The cabinet company doesn't respond neither it all goes thru them. There is no airflow since the remodel in the ducts they moved. Which again became an issue that now is my problem as i paid them in full and they never returned. This is heartbreaking and stressful. My ac bill is super high and inaccurate as they fail to return. They fail to follow thru with any warranty. They failed to complete the work and fix what they did that is failing and or improperly incomplete.

After meeting Steve, there was an authenticity about him that none of the other contractors possessed. Every question that we asked him, he was up front, honest and listened intently to our wants and needs. After receiving many quotes, unfortunately then, we knew we had to save up before we could afford to have our kitchen done. Fast forward to the end of 2019 and we were ready to take the plunge! We knew that Steve was our guy. We gave him a call, he came back out several times to take measurements, design, etc. We had a start date of March 2020. Surprise... COVID! Everything was in limbo and we decided it was best to wait. Finally come August 3rd, 2020 Steve and his helper started demo work. Our final completion date was mid October. During construction time, I had two other friends getting their kitchens done as well. The horror stories they told me of their contractors being late, not being honest, charging more than what the contract stated, etc. had my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot finding Steve. Many contractors now a days sub everything out and don't lift a finger. Not this guy! He is there every day, doing the work, and is passionate about his craft. He is meticulous and will not cut corners, leaving you a project that you are proud of. Steve is arguably the hardest working human my husband and I have ever met. When you hire Steve, you don't just get a contractor, you get a friend...that turns into family. My husband, my two children and I fell in love with Steve. He brought us joy daily during the two months he was with us and has become part of our extended family. We miss seeing him frequently, but now get to enjoy the work he did on our home daily. All of our friends and family that have walked into our home think we hired a high end contractor and designer for our project. We hired an expert handyman - the name says it all.
