Ralph was so easy to talk to and completely went over everything that needed done also sat us at his desk took his time to show us things on the internet about our bike. Price was super fair and when I picked the part up, he had to do more then he quoted me in price but instead of not doing it because I didn't pay for the extra, he did it anyway. The part we received back from him looked like the day the bike was bought. I will and would recommend his shop to anyone that needs work done. You won't find anyone like them in this shop. He was very careful to indicate that he didn't want to add anything unnecessary to the point where I was like, no no... please tell me all the things that need to be fixed. In fact, I wish we had fixed even more unnecessary parts of the fence, but he cares deeply about the budget and savings and pointed out which things are great to fix now and which can wait. He was incredibly honest. To make matters better, he came in at a lower price than the other quotes I received, AND he was willing to schedule work immediately (pending mandatory utility checks). My house is in Vienna, VA, and his brother Edwin, who partners with him, came out and did most of the work. They work together. His brother is super kind and patient, and even decided to work on a day with temperatures surpassing mid-90s. Pro-tip: Leave out some cold drinks for your contractors on hot days.
