The regular staff is fine, the lady who was working was very nice and pleasant, but the old guy who I believe owns the place needs to not be in the store, ever. I tried on a pair of shoes and while walking and turning in them he says to me, "I hope you're planning on buying those because you're creasing the hell out of them". Dude, if walking and doing some turns renders your shoes unsellable then you have a problem. The guy is just rude. I've been to the store before and he was rude every time before too. His attitude is one of "are you going to buy anything? If not then get the hell out". In fact in my previous visit I didn't buy anything just because of his attitude. I did buy the shoes because they aren't easy to find. But I seriously considered continuing my search and finding them somewhere else. I seriously didn't want him to make any money from me, that's how much he irritated me, and I get along with mostly everyone. So in conclusion, the store is great but the old guy running the place will probably be rude to you, make you feel uncomfortable and make comments that will make you want to leave the store as fast as possible.

A final pair trickled in a few weeks after. The shirts were cut incorrectly so I sent them back. 3 weeks later a new set of shirts were sent. They were also not cut correctly. For the considerable expense involved in each shirt you want them to be right. I returned the shirts and asked for a refund. 9 days later I am still waiting. When you are making a deposit and ordering product their accounting department is on the ball the same day but apparently to get a refund processed you have to wait 10+ days. I am still waiting. Save your money. It is too long of a process, too disorganized on the shipping end and too many excuses. If a company can't process a refund in 10 days then I am not doing business with them. Even crazier after reviewing it appears the sales person (Bart) held the return for 10 days so that it did not hurt his month end numbers. The return was not processed until I called the office for the 3rd time to escalate the situation.
