Everything about today's appointment was smooth, from the nice woman I talked with when I scheduled, to being seen punctually at my appointment time, to the office manager submitting to insurance and being clear how much insurance would cover. The array of machines used to test eyes are state of the art. The friendly practitioner who operated the machines wiped them down with disinfectant right before I put my chin or eyes against them, which I appreciated. I also am impressed that this office did a retinal scan, which screens for other health problems beyond just how sharp ones vision is. Healthy eyes are important for a happy life! Didn't talk down to me. I had my prescription in minutes. I picked out my lenses by the helpful young kid named Danal(sp). His mom and him basically run the glasses portion of the shop. They are courteous and most helpful at helping you pick the right frames for your face. Within a week, I had my new glasses. They made sure they fit right and their were no problems. It's definitely a great place if you're in the market for new glasses and an eye exam. So you can get an eye exam,pick out your glasses, grab a dunkin' if that's your thing, and do your grocery shopping all in one swoop. They take most insurances and are cost effective. Vesta continues to give us outstanding service. She takes the time and puts in the effort to make sure we are satisfied. When I was having trouble focusing on my computer screen with my progressive lenses Vesta suggested she make an "old school" bifocal so I could have a mid-range and reading lens. (side note: I worked form home during the pandemic so the focus on my screen was different from the office) She helped us found a simple frame that looked good and would work for the bifocals. They were perfect! And now, Vesta's son is working there, too, and he is just as easy and pleasant to work with. All we can say is "keep up the good work! we truly appreciate it!"

While I was the front desk they asked me to move over so they can help the people who walked in after me. I gave them my information and kept telling me it was wrong, they became very rude after I asked them if they could look it up themselves and started speaking in another language and made angry gestures with their hands. It took 45 mins to just order my contacts. I just called to see if my contact order was in since it's been 10 days and was just told the the POWER went out and because of that my contacts will arive next Friday. I don't understand how a power outage could affect my contact order. It should not take 21 days to receive my contacts.
