I appeared to be disturbing them when I asked a question. As I was waiting in line at a register one sales lady said this is not my register and walked quickly to the other side of the store. They engaged each other in conversation talking about the weather and that they had not had a chance to eat lunch. One sales lady named Joan was professional, helpful and actually helped me find what I needed and complete my purchase.

The reason I'm leaving this review is the customer service. It was outstanding! The three workers I interacted with during this visit were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. From the young gentleman on the floor who approached me to help me find what I was looking for and who subsequently went to look for the sizes I couldn't find on the floor, to the lady in the dressing room who asked if she could put any items back for me, to the cashier who helped me open a store credit card and get an even bigger discount. Honestly, I've given up on finding old school customer service like this when I shop, but this experience restored my faith; certainly a much better experience than what one finds ordering clothes online. I believe his name was Zack Who helped me find a specific T-shirt for my 14-year-old son searched the whole store even in places that I already checked. about 10 minutes in Zach found the shirt.!. Both associates were very pleasant, friendly, outgoing, helpful, but Zack stood out for me. I don't think I ever had a sales associate anywhere ever put so much effort into finding what I was looking for. I am grateful and I hope that he's acknowledged thank you.

I almost went in there today and then I remembered that horrible experience. If they get a more professional manager I'll try to shop here again, but I can't support a business who employees that kind of waste.

I'd expect to have some type of respect associate to customer. And it all started out with being falsely accused of stealing. We get it, shoplifting minors are the last thing you want in your store on a weekday. It would be more understandable if we were shoplifting, which wasn't the case. Ive never had a bad experience in Roosevelt field mall except for this one, and even the greeting was unwelcome by this one associate. If you're going to go try on clothes somewhere, make sure to visit another store! Or you might get fingers pointed at you. Theres barely any range too. No market value to clothes that are insanely overpriced. Being called a spy, and being kicked out and having my "whole family" banned including my identical twin because "we look alike" was not on my checklist for this week! Thanks a lot.
