We both knew the arrangement was shameful and skimpy and awkward looking. I took pictures and called 1-800-flowers to report the dismay . I ordered the XL bouquet and ended up with a smaller version. The organization of the arrangement was poorly structured. The message on the card was hand written with childlike hand writing. What I paid, and the occasion it was for, caused embarrassment and a bad taste in my mouth. I told 1-800-flowers, I do not want, that florist taking my orders ever again. The florist does have to have enough complaints and bad/reviews for them to cancel their relationship with that florist. I was compensated, somewhat, for the issues but not enough, to make up for the moment and the wow factor, that the recipient didn't experience.
