I spoke with Eric, whom I've dealt with in the past, and he's always nice, upbeat and a straight shooter - no bs! Mentioned I had a simple service issue regarding the wipers. He told me to come in and I was there all of 5 minutes before he handed me back the keys with the new wipers affixed and NO CHARGE!
