Let's be real.. Trying to find an honest auto mechanic is a pain.. I KNOW!! That was a pleasant surprise. I have a warranty through CarMax and Franky's was listed as an authorized mechanic service through RepairPal. Dropping the vehicle off was easy, the communication was great, they always called with updates or picked up the phone if I called them. The repairs were great, no complaints. My gripe is that they had the vehicle 10 days because they originally ordered the wrong parts, the gentleman on the phone made a comment that they weren't aware that my SUV had an advance technology package. They should have known this by the VIN, all I had to do was Google my VIN and the first result told me the specs of my specific vehicle. Having to wait an extra week was annoying, but I can't even say for sure the MaxCare warranty dept didn't make the mistake, so I'll forgive it. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and I didn't feel like I was being mislead or taken advantage of.
