Traveling for Atlanta Ga to Greenville SC, we stopped @ exit 111 to tank up on food, but there were vapors coming from under the hood, and a HOT temp gauge. Just one call and a roll back arrived within 1 hour. They took us to a garage in Suwanee GA. , (fun for the dogs ... they got to ride in the car while on the RollBack!!!) and the service we received could not have been more professional. Luckily, the the repair was 'minor'. In less than 2 hr. we were back on the road. I can't say enough about Suwanee Auto Repair. Mr. Kim is ASE certified, and has over 40 years of automotive experience. He has a professional staff that know what they are doing. If I were a local, he would get ALL of my business. He was so professional, he even gave me his cell number in case something might go wrong w completing my trip home. Not needed, but it is a customer service note I will never forget. Then was charged a large fee to repair it. Basically, they damaged my cv axle while repairing the front shocks and charged me money to fix it. Enought time for me to start walking around , and I took a video - ??, all cars back there not a single employee ? A few minutes later two workers come out of a back room ???? - no sense of urgency! As if that wasn't enough, while walking around the lot, I found a NAIL just lying there, in the Goodyear parking lot. I brought it inside to show the staff, who didn't seem particularly concerned. And finally, while waiting outside, a staff member actually honked at me to move--as if I was the problem???? Don't know if this is the way these men were raised to treat just women, or all customers - All front desk workers were very nice to me.

This was the WORSE service experience…read more We checked in at 7:25p and checked checked out at 8:27 with no cars in the bays. It took over an hour with no other cars in the bays. We needed to replace 2 tires. I spoke with the service mgr at 8p asking why the tires are just being replaced. Kevin Story asked me if I wanted "fast or safe." Iris tried to assist me in determining the delay, but Kevin Story made it real difficult with his attitude. You NEVER want to hear from a tire company saying do you want safety or fast work. I witnessed the techs not wearing eye protection and no gloves. Kevin said the delay was that a person was on break. Not sure why as a manager you send someone o break at closing. There was grease on our steering wheel and no cover for the seats which means that they sat on our clothes seats with their dirty and greasy uniform. Kevin said one hour for two tire changes and an wheel alignment is consistent with standards. I told hom I didn't ask for an alignment, then he said we didn't do an alignment at that point I was confused. This tire store is near our house and that's the reason for the visit.
