Since my wife was going to Anderson to visit her uncle at the VA nursing home anyway, she asked me to find her a place there that could look at the vehicle. I chose K and M because of great reviews and called. Tom said for my wife to stop by. She did and the a/c was working perfectly in just a couple minutes! A line was crimped or something. This week my wife will take the vehicle back to these awesome people to get the locks wiring checked out. called aug. 25th to replace 2 belts that came off. kevin said bring it a week from monday, 9 days…read morelater. i did. on the way, almost there, top radiator hose blew off. the FIRST thing he said to me was, "i'm a little more behind now. had a guy sick out on me this morning". the next day i went by there to get something from my car on the way by to somewhere else. again, the FIRST thing he said was, " now i'm even further behind. had a guy quit on me this morning". i asked during the week if he could get to it by friday because i had a best buy install for a car subwoofer on saturday morning. he hemmed and hawed. so wednesday i decided not to keep the install scheduled so those guys could have a chance to replace that 2.5 hrs in their schedule and still make money. good thing too because kevin did NOT get to my repair. he's closed tomorrow so the earliest possible repair date will be tuesday the 5th. FAT CHANCE THOUGH!!! plus, i called him 4 times before closing last friday with no answer and no return call. then after closing i texted his cell. still no answer. if you take a car there you're taking every bit as much of a chance as i did, but you've been warned. i wasn't.
