I don't consider any of this help as you stated. It's more like taking advantage of the circumstances and not doing what was agreed to or adhering to the quoted price. Future customers beware!

It did go over budget We have had problems with the irrigation and drainage. Part of the lawn died because not was not receiving water and we have had to hand water some of the shrubs. We had one plant die. Every time it rains a certain amount of water, the crushed granite has been washing into the grass and a mini canyon has been formed.
