Jose showed up exactly when they said he would and did a more thorough walkthrough and assessment than we had expected. After walking each zone while it was running, he wound up making a few adjustments to the spray patterns, and repaired the heads we knew needed to be replaced. In addition, he found a couple of leaks in our drip system and he found a buried sprinkler head under a stone border around a flower bed (just by hearing the gurgling of the sprinkler head below ground). He explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly during the whole process. Very reasonably priced. We will be calling them out again if we need similar assistance in the future.
