In response to Selene, there was no miscommunication. You informed me that the LABOR on replacing this part WOULD BE COVERED, not the part. This is why I set the appointment with you in the first place. I was going to pay for the replacement part with the understanding that the LABOR would be covered. Your plumber refused to honor the labor warranty. Why?

He even was patient when I started thinking of new things I wanted to have done. The process was so easy start to finish.
