We are retired and meticulously maintain our vehicles. Oil changes and tire rotations every 5000…read moremiles. Have done this for the past 40 years and our vehicles hold up well. We have been going to Fast Lane Quick Lube for about the last 4 years and have had about 15 oil changes done by them. They are the only place that has done the oil changes on our vehicles. We only had one bad experience in the past- they did not replace oil drain cap. Luckily we noticed the drip while we were at the Speedway just across the street and went back and they put cap back in. They were apologetic. No harm, no foul. About a week ago, we went in to have and oil change done on a Saturday. They could not get the filter off and asked that we come back Monday and they would have a torque tool to help get the filter loose. No problem, we said. We came back Monday and with some elbow grease they were able to get the filter loose (they were the ones that over tightened the filter in the 1st place). We had the oil change done and were on our way. A couple days later there was an oil spot on the drive. I took the vehicle back in. They replaced the filter. We were on our way. Last night, I noticed oil on the drive again. This morning I went back in to Fast Lane. They looked at the filter and saw that there was oil leaking from it again. I asked the tech if this was common. He said no- that he does not see this as a regular problem. He then corrected himself and said, well maybe I have seen this sometimes because you have a cap that holds the filter in place. Sometimes there might be an issue with the cap holder that holds the filter in place. There could be something wrong with the filter holder. They replaced the filter and I left. I then called the Toyota dealer here in Canton and asked them if they had a filter cap holder in stock. He said yes, so I drove over and picked one up. I asked the Toyota man if this issue is common- he he had seen it when the cap is over tightened. I paid for the new cap and went back to Fast Lane. This is now my 5th trip in a week to have an oil change done correctly. I asked the tech to replace the cap with the new one I just purchased at the Toyota dealer. He said that he would now charge me for a new filter. I was incredulous, and told him that I was having to come back repeatedly because of his mistakes. I refused to pay for another filter and left. Mistakes happen. I've had a hundred oil changes done in my life and never had a filter over tightened. But I understand that stuff happens. In this case, the business was unwilling to fix their mistake without charging me. I am left with the the cost of a new filter cap, the cleanup job of the 4 oil stains on my driveway and the cost of having someone else replace the oil cap. Sometimes things happen. But when the business that caused the issue refuses to stand behind their work, that is a problem. Word to the wise, take your business elsewhere- these guys don't make good on their promise to give you what you paid for and if they make a mistake they'll charge you to fix an issue they caused in the 1st place.

I…read morefound out once I got on the freeway that they left my windshield washer fluid completely empty. They also didn't check my tire pressure or add air, which was needed. I found out later that they didn't even put my oil dipstick back and just left it sitting on the lip of the engine compartment. When I took my vehicle to my regular service guy (because I was a questioning if this place even changed my oil) he said the oil was low and looked dirty. This place is awful and charged me almost $100 for doing absolutely nothing.

Some they can do (and do much cheaper than other places) and some they can't. But they're always helpful and honest and kind. As a woman, I especially appreciate that they don't inflate thier prices (because so many places have and it's frustrating and expensive). I've gotten my oil changes there for over 10 years. I've had my back and front brakes done there for an extremely good price (thank you Charlie). It's a great place to go. They're trustworthy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Made sure everything was on the up and up and I double checked the work myself when I got home and everything was flawless. Didn't over torque the drain plug. Didn't destroy the o-ring seal in the oil filter reinstall. Most importantly, aren't overcharging like they're trying to pay for their retirement in this one oil change. Phenomenal service from people that know their craft and truly seem to care about the customer experience. I'm even technically inclined, have the tools and capability to do my own oil change. Came in here because I felt lazy. From here on out I'll be coming here just for the laughs and pleasant people and interaction. The very best!!! Very highly recommended

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!! These people are Crooks and Do not stand behind their work and their…read morewarranty guarantee is a Joke. On 5-03-2025 I brought my 2018 Ford escapee in for a oil leak. I was told it was a rear main oil seal leak. This is a big job to fix they have to remove the transmission to get to the seal. The cost to do this job is 2380.73 dollars. So I have them do the repair and pick up my car, They promised me if the rear main seal leaked again I had a 1yr warranty. So fast forward to July 13th I noticed a oil leak in the same spot as the last leak in my garage. So I drop my car off again at the shop to have the car looked at again. The next day they call me and say I have a major transmission leak. Take in mind a month earlier they had removed the transmission. So I asked them how much to fix it and they told me they would have to take apart the transmission out and it would cost 1800.00. Just to tell me what was wrong with it. This is important because I asked them what if when you took the transmission out to fix it originally you made a mistake.. His response was their was no way they made a mistake. I asked them how do you know that if you cant tell me what is wrong with the transmission without taking it out? He told me to take it to a dealership and have them look at it and if they said we did something wrong we would fix it. So much for warranty and treating a customer like this. I really believe these people do not know what they are doing and are a scam. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!
