They left my side plate off, likely because it wasn't fastened correctly after the oil change, and it ended up dragging on the road until I lost it completely. On top of that, oil was spilled all under my hood, and when the technician attempted to show me my oil level, he just waved the dipstick around without explaining or showing anything clearly. It was sloppy and careless work from start to finish. When I called to report the issue, the response was completely nonchalant. The manager said he would send me a coupon for the inconvenience that could be used at any Valvoline, but he never followed through. I stop at Valvoline often, but I will never return to this location. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through was extremely disappointing.

I've had my back and front brakes done there for an extremely good price (thank you Charlie). It's a great place to go. They're trustworthy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They tell me what my car needs done, but never pressure me into doing it (cause for me money is sometimes an issue). I truly appreciate that.

Not only was it not completed in a timely manner he also broke my cars clock spring by disconnecting the steering shaft because he couldnt complete the job properly so now my steering wheels controls do not work and my paddle shifters are non functional cause significant issues.
