We really appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service during a stressful situation. We'll definitely be coming back to see him when it's time to purchase a full set of tires. Highly recommend!

I have had trouble with both back tires and on the day I was too sick to go to work, one was flat when I was heading to a doctor's appointment. Luckily I have a small air pump but had to blow up the tire to get there and get home. When I found out it wasn't COVID, I decided I had to replace those tires that was almost 4 years old. I took a picture of tire for size and got on their website to find some tires. I have been buying my own tires for 45 years now and have worked on cars almost as long. When their site recommended a different size, I was OK with that. I found a set in stock and made an appointment. That is when the trouble started. Tires not there but could get them later in the evening. Since I was waiting and had an appointment for a Heart MRI the next morning at 6:30 am, I agree to go with a higher price set. Next was I wanted the wrong size and the tech didn't believe it was their website mistake. Of course, they didn't have the 1st type and the ones I agree to was more. My appointment was at 3:30 PM and they didn't even start until 4:30 I waited until after 6 PM to get my car back. I did have them put the new tires on the front and the front on the back. Got blow back about that. Of, course their alignment check found a small alignment problem. I knew it being that small, nothing had to be done. I was treated like a woman who knew nothing about cars. While waiting I overheard one their employees explaining to 2 people he was showing around the waiting room how gets to be friends with his customers so he could up sale. I guess he must think everyone just listens to their phone and this old lady is one who digs deeper to find information for honest reviews.

As a former professional in the auto repair industry with decades of experience, I purchased tires…read morefor my 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from Northville Firestone, which included free tire rotations. Unfortunately, my experience with this location was extremely disappointing, immoral, unethical and had zero integrity resulting in unperformed services, and thousands of dollars of unresolved vehicle damages to my Mercedes Sprinter. The first time I visited for a tire rotation, I discovered they had not rotated my tires at all. In addition, they failed to inform me that one of the lug nuts had been stripped. I had paid for services that were not performed, and Firestone chose not to address these issues or communicate with me about it. When I returned the following week for the promised rotation, I spoke to the store manager, Terrance. He was unapologetic and cold, moved forward with the tire second attempt at a tire rotation. **However, things took a much worse turn after the second visit. A few weeks later, while inspecting my vehicle from underneath, I noticed severe damage to the undercarriage frame of my Mercedes Sprinter. It appeared that the vehicle had been improperly hoisted, crushing the pinch weld frame on both sides. The damage was significant and would cost thousands of dollars to repair. Worse yet, no one at Firestone--neither the technician nor the management--had informed me about this damage whatsoever.** I immediately filed a claim with Firestone Corporate. Chad Mcghee, a representative from Firestone, refused to take responsibility for the damage, citing that weeks had passed since the incident and therefore Firestone would not be held accountable. Despite providing evidence of the damage and the improper hoisting, Firestone declined to repair my vehicle or even discuss the issue in person. This level of negligence and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. My question to Firestone is: How is it the customer's responsibility to inspect the underbody of their vehicle after a routine service, especially when the damage is clearly hidden from view? Why should I have to audit services I've paid for to ensure they are completed properly and without damage? After the first visit, I could clearly see the tires hadn't been rotated, but I never expected to have to inspect the undercarriage after every visit. It's absurd that Firestone didn't take responsibility for their actions. I'm left with a $70,000 vehicle that has thousands of dollars in damage, all because of negligence at the hands of Store Manager Terrance & staff. In conclusion, if you're looking for professional auto repair, I highly recommend avoiding Terrance and his team at Northville Firestone. You would be better off finding a repair facility that values integrity, takes accountability for their actions, and provides the service you paid for. Firestone in Northville is severely understaffed, unprofessional, and, unfortunately, run by a team that lacks basic ethics, integrity and does not take responsibility for their actions & accidents. They hire grumpy, underpaid, overworked, and inexperienced staff, which only exacerbates the issues while projecting poor attitudes. I would not recommend this location, to anyone. Lesson learned, and beware!

Almost 9 hours later, I get off work early to go to my appointment. When I went to the desk the man came out and I told him I had an appointment. He asked "For what service?" I said "I have a tire leaking." He said "I don't think I can get to it today." I said "I made an appointment." He said "lots of people make appointments. Then a 30 minute jobs turns into a three hour job..." I just grabbed my keys and left as he was still talking. So nowhere in those nine hours between the time that I made the appointment and when it was actually time for my appointment no one thought to call me and let me know they were running behind and couldn't honor my appointment? No one warned me so I wouldn't leave my job early and drive on a low tire all for nothing? Then I get an email A few minutes later saying they are sorry I couldn't make it to my appointment! excuse me?!? I was at my appointment 10 minutes early and was rudely turned away! Robots will never ever get a cent of my money. That's horrible customer service.

I wonder how that happened. *Took 3 days to look at my car because they only had one dude working. In conclusion, I hope this place runs out of business or gets their act together.
