Products are usually sold in bulk, but often the bulk amounts can be used even by small households. Prices are very competitive. For many years, I have shopped at this particular Costco in Robinson Township. The store always has full stocked, well organized, and clean shelves and racks. The available products are name brands as well as Costco's own store brand. I usually stock up on some groceries (meats, fishes, fruits, vegetables, and drink mixes), household products (dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and contact solution), pet supplies (treats and dog pads), and gift cards. The cashiers perform their jobs well. I just have to remember to bring my large totes from home, because Costco does not provide bags.

This morning, I arrived around 9:30 a.m. during Executive Member shopping hours to return one of those spoiled items. The blonde employee at the returns counter immediately told me she couldn't help me because I wasn't an Executive Member and that I would have to come back in an hour. She then completely ignored me and began helping someone else who had just walked in. I understand and respect the purpose of Executive Member early shopping hours, and I have no issue with Costco offering that benefit. What I do have an issue with is the way I was treated. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way. There was no need to be dismissive or abrupt. Considering I was already inconvenienced by having to return spoiled food that Costco sold me, I believe making a simple exception to process a quick return would have been the right thing to do, especially if there wasn't another pressing task. Customer service is about more than following policy. It's also about treating people with courtesy and using good judgment. Do better.

I wish I could give them negative stars, they earned it…read more ProSource KNOWINGLY sold me a stone tile/backsplash product that MUST be cut wet. However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. I walked in and it is a rather small place for shopping, but that's not what this place is designed to do. They are basically here to serve you with your needs. There are two desks as you walk in that have people sitting at to help you through the process of designing you soon to be one of a kind shirt. Along with that there are a few wall racks and floor racks with shirts specifically designed for Pitt and Pittsburgh for purchase, that's what I was here for. I browsed the racks and had to make a tough decision. Their designs are great and I really wanted more than one but I was refraining because I know that I go overboard when it comes to tees. The pricing is the norm and quite honestly you are able to find a steal of a deal here. I walked out with a shirt that asks, "Yinz want fries on that?" The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Some of my favorite things I've gotten is a T-shirt for a pens game and a Steelers baseball hat. This location also has a great variety of groceries and other essentials! There are lot of prepared food options as well. The gas station has never been super busy when I've gone. I have not experienced a long wait.
