You would have thought I had leprosy or something because I could not get any help at all with any of the questions I had (or even to ask about getting a fitting room). I wonder if the difference was mentioning it was for a show so they thought they couldn't upsell me as much as when I was looking for a dress for a gala? Maybe. But it rubbed me the wrong way that the service could be so incredibly inconsistent when both times I went in looking for a special occasion dress.
