At first Chrysann told me the red marks were from the "pressure" from the LED mask she'd used and they would fade shortly, but they got worse over the rest of the day. I was VERY clear about the products & devices I use to make sure there were no bad reactions, and we discussed my skincare routine in depth before starting. I reached out Sunday morning and shared pictures of my burns, and she tried to palm it off as my skin "purging," when I clearly have two angry burns on my cheek and forehead. The skin is raw in those two spots. She offered a few suggestions and said she'd be back in the office on Tuesday and she could give me something then, as if this could wait until Tuesday or that I'd ever trust her again. Since then, I've heard nothing from her, which, speaks volumes. The wounds are healing, but whether or not I'm left with permanent scars is yet to be seen. Stay FAR away. UPDATE: Doctor tells me I have first degree burns. Likely 60 days before my skin is completely back to normal. SECOND UPDATE: No reviews between 2017 and my review last week, and suddenly people are coming out of the woodwork to sing this woman's praises? I smell a scam. She burned my skin and after I called her on it, SHE NEVER RESPONDED TO ME. Totally unprofessional.

I walked out without the medication because I couldn't justify the cost. What no one mentioned: a government program provides Paxlovid free to Medicare and Medicaid patients who meet certain conditions. I qualify. Paxlovid must be started within 5 days of symptoms. A high-risk Medicare patient who can't afford $800 may simply go without -- which is exactly what almost happened. Pharmacists have a professional obligation to counsel patients on their options. That didn't happen here. If you're on Medicare or Medicaid, ask about the Patient Assistance Program before paying a cent or walking away.

I need to get it filled here, but whoever answers the phone and works the desk can't find the prescription at all. They don't seem to care when I tell them the AI Assistant can find it. I went through 3-4 rounds of phone calls yesterday where I was told they couldn't refill it until today, but they'd leave a note to fill it. Now the next day 2 people working there tell me they can't find the prescription at all and they won't talk to me anymore. I need to call the prescriber. Horrible! And I feel bad my friend went out of her way because I believed they'd gave the prescription ready.

Oh, and didn't feel the numbing agent at all on injection, or have a bad time when medication wore off. All in all, I'd have to give Dr. Sheppard a 10 out of 10. And a very friendly office environment as well, with Mandy ably assisting in the process.
