The last couple of times I have gotten services here, I was disappointed. My gel fill was sloppy, rushed, and had to be redone in less than 2 weeks. (I have had fill-ins at other salons last for 3 weeks.) My most recent pedicure here was mediocre. Even though I paid for a spa pedicure with exfoliation and asked the tech to mainly focus on removing dead skin, she didn't listen. I used to really like this salon until the last time I went. The owner was clearly angry that he had to do my nails while he was carrying on a conversation on his phone the entire time. Other than grunting for me to wash my hands he didn't say a single word to me. I got the distinct feeling that he was angry at one of his employees and he didn't try to disguise it. I've been going here for years with consistently great results. James (the owner) and his team have always been welcoming and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and they have always worked with me on my preferences. They've recently remodeled and added some staff that make walk-ins easier. Great! Under new management! have been to this salon on and off for the last 7 years after moving to the area. The last management definitely had a different vibe and it wasn't my fav. Stopped in about a month ago and so glad i did. Had a wonderful and relaxing experience. Jimmy (New Manager) and his team are very nice and customer service oriented. Freshly redone inside, looks like new pedi chairs and just the overall very positive vibes! Jimmy and the crews very positive attitudes and team work were very apparent. If you have tried them in the past, i would recommend to try again. I had been getting my nails done closer to Montgomery county because i have high expectations on look of my nails and service level that the other salons around town just weren't cutting. My last visit here was probably the best pedi i had had in awhile. They were busy but it didn't feel rushed​ and my nails all looked great. I have been there three consecutive months in a row! Pedicure and now both pedicure and manicure! They have my business! Please make an appointment! They are really busy on the weekend mornings. But the price is great and they do better quality work then an expensive double to price spa I've been to! Now mind you it's not as fancy as a spa but I've had nothing but great quality work that lasts through my Taekwondo in bare feet 3 to 4 nights a week! I give thumbs up. read more

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I come here while visiting relatives. Here are some insights: PROS: 1. Their prices are the most reasonable in town. I pay around $25 for acrylics w/ designs (I think it's $15 without designs) and $28 for gels without designs. Most places would charge $30+ for the amount work they do. 2. The owners do a superb job every time. I have never left this place disappointed. You tell them what you need/want and they put in 110% effort. I have never seen such hardworking salon workers who are PASSIONATE at what they do. They seal the nail properly, never make a mistake/cut your cuticles, and listen to your requests. 3. If you're getting a nail design, they will do the most unique artwork than any other salon I have ever been to. The owner's wife once painted ladybugs and flowers on one nail (still blows me how she made it all fit), which looked very cute. I have received a LOT of compliments from people whenever they see my nail designs. 4. The owners are incredibly friendly and so are the people who go there. Very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. 5. The pedicures ROCK. They got a fish tank to stare at while you're chilling. They recently got Kois and colorful goldfish to stare at while getting the most AWESOME foot massage ever! I made my husband get one and he REALLY enjoyed it. 6. The salon has a HUGE variety of nail colors (OPI and China Glaze). 7. They have occasionally scheduled appointments an hour before their salon opens (so tip them WELL when they do you that favor) CONS: 1. It would be awesome if they did more waxing than just the eyebrows. They do an excellent job at eyebrow waxing, but I hate having to drive to another salon for a bikini :( 2. It's only the owner and his wife who own AND work in the salon. Sometimes they bring in other people. That being said, it is wise to book an EARLY appointment with this salon than just walk in. If you schedule an appointment in the afternoon on a weekend, you will be delayed by at least 5-15 minutes (depending on how busy they are) because they are still working on their current clients, some of which were walk-ins and want a ton of work done. They try to multitask their clients when they are really busy. Again... book at an early time to avoid this. 3. They only do Acrylics or gels. They do not do silk nails (I don't get silks, but I know some women who do). Definitely give this salon a shot. You won't be disappointed. read more

Ugg... First off, when I was there in Dec 2014, there were empty coffee cups lying around, empty water bottles ... Bottles of polish all over the place. Next I sit down to get a pedicure and everyone is fine until he breaks out the little nail brush.. And proceeds to scrub my shins and calves with it!! It was not pleasant and I kept telling him "ow" and I kept trying to move away. Why do the salons do that!!!! It's soooo painful and not relaxing at all. I won't be back. read more

Nails faded and chipped within 1 week. Kind people, ok atmosphere. I was nicked a few times with the tool they use to buff your nails.

Probably my worst ever experience... I've gotten my nails done in many places and this place offered rushed service - my nails turned out crooked, they're nowhere near how I normally get them done. Most places these days hand paint French manicures, where at this salon it is airbrushed, using a random piece of cardboard as a guide... Very disappointing :-( read more

First place I have ever been to and been in extreme pain when getting my nails done. When the monomer was applied to my nails for a fill my hands instantly went into excruciating pain. I've had my nails done since I was 12 and have never had this happen, not quite sure if it was an allergic reaction or because of the drilling they had done prior. Anyways after taking breaks to wash my hands I felt myself relieved. I'm very pain tolerant but this is something that I couldn't ignore. After the pain stop after washing my hands it was time for the polish the polish was flawlessly applied and after I had my hands put in the hand dryer they remembered to put topcoat on it and when the topcoat was applied it was done very thick and when I thought my nails were dry hours later they all got messed up, do to the excessive use of top coat. Mind you I know what not to do when I get my nails done I get them done every week. I have never once had this happen, they were so kind but unfortunately I won't be going back. read more
