Furthermore, he offered no answer as to what made the expensive tiles in his own store worth more than the cheap tiles in his own store. The store itself was not laid out in a way I could understand, the tile displays didn't seem to be organized in any particular fashion. Prices were absent or hard to find. Details on the tiles weren't obvious, and the aforementioned salesman was of only minimal assistance. Allstate's crew of two very hard-working installers came on time each morning and did the entire job without any problems. (They had to climb 3 floors repeatedly but never complained.)
