Our only option was to call him as he provided a road side service. He arrived on time as promised and on a saturday to boot and went right to work. In about an hour he had the problem diagnosed and was making repairs. He is a down to earth repairman who didn't try to over sell or confuse his customer but rather focused on the problem and had it repaired in a timely manner. Technicians of his caliber and honesty are rare and hard to find but he definitely is knowledgeable and honest when it comes to repairing trailers.
