Do not come here for iPhone unlocking. Was told it would take 1-4 business days to process the unlock, and was charged 107$. Because I could have done it for 35 through the carrier, but unfortunately because the account was closed with that carrier they could not unlock my phone. I'm am now stuck carrying around 2 phones, one with my SIM card, and my iPhone with all of my stuff on it. Like I said before, was told 1-4 days but it's been 8 days, and they're saying its pending. WOULDNT RECOMEND. As you can tell by the other reviews, this place doesn't only offer terrible unlocking service, but pretty much everything else too. EDIT: Went up to 2 stars. Finally got my unlock a week and 4 days later. That's over twice as long as it should have taken but, at least I got it. read more

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear from this place. The absolute WORST service I've ever experienced. I went here to fix the back glass on my iPhone 4 in a pinch and they over charged me like crazy, and then messed up putting the glass back in. The camera never worked properly again, every time I tried to take a photo there was a weird white film over the image, I assume because the "technician" (aka the 19 year old kid working there by himself) didn't reinstall it properly. To make matters worse when I returned to have the issue resolved they made it seem like I had done something to mess up the camera and charged me again to have it replaced. This was about 2 years ago and I haven't returned. In addition to not knowing what they're doing they also grossly overcharge for their services. I was quoted (from Apple itself!) that to have the logic board and keyboard replaced on my 2012 13" MacBook Pro would cost me a grand total of 179.99. iService Mac Repair on the other hand is trying to charge upwards of 500.00. I decided to shop around to see if I could find the best deal, but clearly iService lost that battle. Overall just save the trouble and go to Jump+, or Apple itself, guaranteed you'll be happier. read more

Polite and helpful staff. Beginning with a pleasant phone conversation with Dillon, I brought in my vintage MacBook Pro for servicing. Later, after the diagnostic had revealed the problem, I ok'd the work and a much-needed cleaning. I brought my macbook in to have the keyboard replaced, an now the mouse pad is not working properly. the curser bounces all over, pages disappear to the side or above and cannot be found, impossible to edit on it. I called and got the standard bring it in and we'll look at it. I feel ripped off. These guys seem to have learned a lot from apple, a bunch of snobs. and pricey too! read more

Brought my MacBook Pro in to have the screen repaired. My warranty had just expired so I had no other options. They quoted me 800 and then charged me 1100 and wouldn't give me a definitive reason for the increase. A week into having my laptop back the screen started to malfunction. It is clearly the new screen that is the issue, not the laptop itself. I brought it back and they told me that I must've done something to cause another issue and that they'd be happy to replace the screen again for another 1100. Absolutely not. read more

Amazing service. I went in to the Queen's Campus location and they answered all my questions, and got the job done for cheaper than it would have been anywhere else! I also purchased a used MacBook Air from them for a great price, and they put the new software on it for me.
