The original natural Bona finish coats were worn through to the wood in high use areas, and there was a lot of water damage in the kitchen from leaks over the years. It was time to repair damaged boards, sand down to the wood, and refinish. Upon returning we were absolutely delighted to see flooring throughout the whole first floor that looked as good or better than the original installation 35 years ago.
