We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. Before the sale, the team was attentive and responsive. After installation? Silence. Immediately following installation, two interior doors began dragging on the brand-new carpet, a problem that should never occur after a professional installation. Although a technician was sent out to shave the doors, one door still drags, putting unnecessary wear and damage on a carpet I just paid a small fortune for. Worse, the primary bedroom door lock has not worked at all since installation and will no longer lock. This is a basic functionality issue and a clear quality failure. Despite three written emails and multiple phone calls, beginning December 16, 2025, there has been zero follow-up and zero resolution. As of January 10, 2026, these problems remain unresolved, despite repeated requests and more than enough time to address them. The lack of accountability, communication, and post-installation support is unacceptable--especially for a high-dollar project. If you're considering this company, be aware: they are responsive until they get your money, and then you are on your own. I regret choosing them and would not recommend them to anyone who expects follow-through.
