Ordered a bracelet from here as it was priced lower than market value. I think they called it part of the friends and family deal on their site. Cheryl had reached out to me after I ordered and let me know the turnaround on the size and wanted to confirm it was actually not too big. I ended up going a size smaller than anticipated which turned out to be the correct choice in the end. So, I am grateful for her reaching out. My partner received an invitation to a John Hardy or a David Yurman, not sure which or maybe both, designer's trunk show held at J.R. Dunn Jewelers. When I walked into J.R. Dunn Jewelers I was immediately impressed not only by the warm greeting I received but more so their depth of jewelry knowledge and friendly helpfulness. Indeed their friendliness is embellished by their motto of "talk to a human," even when calling in, is an attraction that sets them apart. Apart from the trunk show, the jewelry collections are amazing and all the top of top notch in appearance and quality. Indeed they have one of the best in watches, particularly in Rolex. And best for me, as an aside, they seemed interested in obtaining my ring size which I'm thinking....at least hoping...was at the request of my partner, for ultimate of good reasons. Wow, where do I begin? J.R. Dunn, specifically Kayla Bavender, saved us from ending up with an engagement ring from a fraudulent out-of-state jeweler and created the most perfect engagement ring of my dreams! We originally went to J.R. Dunn recommended by a good friend just to look for an engagement ring setting, since we already had paid an out-of-state jeweler for the center diamond and been working with her for the past year to customize a ring but it was taking awhile and not turning out how we wanted it. We picked out a beautiful setting with Kayla and there was absolutely no pressure to buy a diamond from them, she was willing to work with the other jeweler to create my perfect ring. Unfortunately, the out-of-state jeweler ended up being a fraud, sold us a diamond that was not what we thought we had bought, which overall was very upsetting and shocking, and thank God we had Kayla to save us. She worked very hard to help us find the perfect GIA certified square cushion cut diamond and then designed the most beautiful ring in a short amount of time. I was very particular about how I wanted the ring to look and and could not be happier with the way it turned out. We are so glad we met Kayla at the right time. I had looked at an Ippolita necklace online for months, debating whether I could afford it or not. Then it went on sale at JR Dunn. I decided to order, but was informed the following day that the item was no longer in stock. After having wanted this necklace for so long, I was naturally disappointed. A JR Dunn representative - Cheryl - offered to check with the manufacturer to see if it was still available. She found out that it was out of stock there too (as well as all other stores who had carried it), but could be produced within about 3 months. I agreed and it was worth the wait. The delivery date was actually about a month ahead of the scheduled time.
