Awesome experience here with Divyang aka "Dave" :-) We chatted on the phone and after I'd let him know my sensitivity to weight, but lusting after lever backs, he procured a set of pristine quality/color stones for me, and set them in exactly the half inch lightweight drop style I wanted. After I'd looked elsewhere and found that based on brand name and bark up on other factors, it seemed stupid to pay for this superficiality and I have found so often that going to the source, is smarter. I'm thrilled with the grade/color/clarity--they're literally a beacon around my ears, but delicate just as I'd wanted. It's risky to order something unseen, but my telephone call with Divyang allayed my fears, and his communication and follow-through is excellent. He promised that the following morning, when I work up, I'd have the quote and different options. I got up and bam! Boom--yes in my email was exactly as he'd promised. By that time, I'd changed my mind about the carat weight and certificate, which he rolled with readily, super respectful of what I was conveying. Love love love this business. It is our 60th anniversary and it was hard to find a 6 stone diamond ring, but USA Jewels offered one. Like others. I purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings about a year to a year and a half ago. I went back in December to upgrade them. In Dec, I purchased a pair of 2.93 ct diamond studs that Dep appraised at 22K and I paid 12,100.00. Today I went to a few jewelry stores to upgrade them to find out that these studs were lab created studs. Never did I ask for lab created or was told they were lab created. Dep was clearly selling me lab created as if they were natural diamonds. When I went back today to USA Jewels- it was obvious that he knew they were lab created and I guess he thought I would not find out. Think long and hard before shopping at this store. If I would not have decided to upgrade them, I would have never known. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I would hate for someone else to be taken like I was. read more

Bought two rings on a cruise. Thought we were getting a great deal. BOTH RINGS HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. We fixed the ladies ring at our own expense. The second ring I thought I would contact them about replacing the stone. Dave promise he would send a return label. no contact after that and no return label. He told me the ring was a $199 special. We paid over $700. Didn't want money back just repaired. The ring turned out to be 10k gold over sterling. Not what they claimed when we purchase. It was supposed to be 10k gold. I learned a great lesson on that trip. We will not ever buy jewelry from USA Jewelry. Don't buy Jewelry on cruises or Vacation spots. read more
