The absolute best place to get your nails done. I've been coming here for about 5 months now. The shop is well organized, clean, and easy to find next to Publix. There's plenty of parking. I normally book an appointment online the night before through their website which is easy to do & clearly shows the pricing. You can do a walk-in but some mornings they are busy. They offer a wide color selection. I normally do dip powder nails and have recently added in some design or chrome. I go to Jaccee but all of the techs do a great job and offer the same experience. I've never felt more confident in a nail tech as some in the past you need to critique or watch that they don't nip you with the nail dremel. 10/10 will go back to this shop everytime for everything! read more

I think the manicure was okay. They were way too aggressive with my cuticles. Another gentleman in the salon said she doesn't want her cuticles cut twice. They were still cut. I also got a pedicure too and wasn't happy with the shape of the big toes and the other nails could have been shaped more symmetrically. I think they're just a little too pushy about services. I understand that's their goal, but I definitely only wanted a pedicure so for that reason I won't be back again. Color didn't last a week on my toes. My fingers hurt for a couple of days after. Very relaxing and often not busy. But definitely not for me. read more

Made an appointment for 5:30 on 7/6/26. Arrived right on time and was directed to have a seat at one of the pedicure stations. Only three people being worked on for pedicures. I figured I would start very shortly. 25 minutes later they begin my pedicure. Felt like he rushed through my pedicure. My question, "Why go through the effort to make an appointment ". My services were a pedicure and manicure, needed some acrylic fills on my toes and hands, and they were so accommodating. Brian fixed my hands, there was some fungus started to grow from a bad nail lift from another salon, I wanted him to make them look clean and natural and he didn't disappoint! If you want attention to detail this is the nail salon for you, plus they have great customer service and will offer you a beverage. The person who did my pedicure rushed through the pedicure. It was $70 for twenty minutes. I asked for a mani/pedi, but when I got up from the world's quickest pedicure-they started checking me out. When I mentioned that I had also asked for a manicure they told me someone would be right with me. They were all fawning over this one customer and just ignoring. After 30 minutes- I got up and paid. When I got home I had to repaint my toenails because the polish was smudged. I wasted a lot of money and a lot of time. read more

Right off the bat I told manager I didn't want my small toe nails cut, I wanted them filed. The first thing the technician did was start cutting them. When ask did he speak English, he stated little. My guess was almost none. When you have health issues, it is imperative that the technician isn't winging it. There were other red flags as well. Tried to upsell me on gel. That is why the technicians need to speak English so nobody is taken advantage of. Too pricey for not getting what you want or need. read more

I've been to this nail salon multiple times and have had a great experience with Hannah. But this time I received a pedicure from someone else because Hannah was busy. Both the guy that was doing my toes and the female that was doing my friends toes were speaking about how hairy our legs were. They need to realize that some people can understand and speak their language as well and it is rude to assume differently. We were going to do more services this visit but due to this issue we did not and will not be back to this facility. I just had a surgical procedure two days prior and because of this I was not allowed to get my legs waxed at my normal time or get them shaved. read more

That was a horrible experience; they rushed my daughter and me just because the clients kept coming in. I didn't get a massage after my pedicure, once again, because the guy was working on another client. The price was a lot more for the last time we went (that was the second time) and when I paid I gave him the tip he just snatched the money out of my hand! no up front prices! red flag! insist on price for service up front! save yourself the hassle of being taken advantage of by unscrupulous thieves! simple gel manicure! got basic manicure! went in on a saturday, busy but not too busy. was seated in about 28min. manicure soaked cuticles, didn't appear at all interested, ok fine now, what shape , i replied almond. ok no gel just regular polish i look up and say how much she replies 30.00 with 5.00 upcharge for almond shape! i know this is bs and i am pissed at the notion! walk up to pay with the owner i hand him 40.00 he hands me 10.00 back, i am confused. the nail tech yells and said 35.00 in vietnamese the ower response in vietnamese. i hand him 5.00 as a service tip, this man never spoke to me in english! i left i called. the manager he handed the phone off to the owner, he immediately knew who i was and apologized and acknowledged the incident! proceeded to offer me a refund or something free! i said no! what i want is to be treated fairly and ethically from a business charging fairly for a service! i don't want anything free from you! if you decide to patron this business! make sure you know up front what it will cost! not only did the tech lie and steal the owner did as well.by the way they all speak perfect english especially the owner! read more
