Rich has been working on cars for 30 years. He doesn't mince words. He is upfront about his prices. He is a good and honest man. The interactions I have had with him have all been positive and I was able to pick my truck up from him at 9pm at night because, frankly, he was still busy at work! They installed locking lug nuts on the vehicle before we purchased it but neglected to put the special tool needed in the car or to even tell us it had the locking lug nuts, and of course they have blamed it on us. I guess it is lucky we discovered it when trying to put on new tires rather than getting stranded somewhere with a flat tire. So had to make a special trip to the dealership to get the locking ones off. Was assured they would be ready to do it when I got there but they weren't. Had to wait for paperwork to be done, then for someone to be "freed up" to do the work. Would definitely recommend staying far, far away from this dealership.
