We left early and discovered our refrigerator wasn't working. jR answered an early morning phone call tried to walk us through possible fixes, then agreed to see us as soon as we could get there. This guy is amazing. Hooked up at Gettysburg Battlefield Resort on 5/31/20 and kitchen faucet was leaking internally, so we couldn't even leave the water on. Called him 1st thing Monday, he arrived with new faucet that afternoon and had it hooked up in about 20 mins. My husband couldn't get into the cabinet to fix it and he's not a big guy. Anyway, after he was done with ours, our neighbors were flocking around him. Probably a combination of his good reputation and rv's bad reputation. Don't hesitate to call him. We received great service from this company. JR is very knowledgeable. We drove in with no appointment. He was able to work on it right away. We had had an Auto Zone install 2 batteries in series in our coach. Well they didn't have them done exactly right so we had no power to our coach. JR examined the situation and realized where the problem was and corrected it. He did a couple of minor repairs and we were happily on our way again. So thankful! read more

We've used JR twice and both times were treated honestly and fairly. The last time it was 100 degrees out and we arrived to find our camper without certain power. We called JR and described the problem. Our camper is old and the manufacturer defunct. He diagnosed what he thought the problem was (a broken converter), but because there were no more replacement parts, we would probably have to replace the whole unit--to the tune of around $400. When he arrived a half hour later (a minor miracle given it's the height of campground season), he looked and said "Wait, I think I can fix this." And he did. He then proceeded to show us some things about our camper that we did not know as well as made a recall repair to the refrigerator that we had neglected to take care of. He charged us $106, but couldn't find his card processor. I offered cash and he said, "In that case, make it an even $100. JR has a great reputation amongst the regular campers here. An honest man. He could have replaced the unit, charged the full amount and we'd have been none the wiser. read more
