They put it up on the lift within ten minutes of our arrival, gave it a thorough going-over, and identified the potential source of the leak and gave it a quick fix. And - for only $25. Many other places would have told us to go fish on a Friday afternoon, and taken advantage of our road tripping desperation. These folks were honest, attentive, quick, and thorough. The first time, they replaced a spark plug, costing me about $200. Two weeks later, the light returned. This time a $687 repair for a completely different issue. Less than two weeks after that, the light came on again. On my third visit, even though their posted opening time is 9 a.m., the technician, Randy, didn't actually show up until after 9:08. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.

Overall good experience will come back when I need more work done on my Tacoma.
