    There is not enough room in this review nor do I have the words to adequately express my feelings…read morefor the Haven 76 Management staff, but I will try my best. While returning home to Palm Springs from picking up my sister in Los Angeles @ approx 4pm & in rush hour traffic my alternator light came on. We were approx 1/2 way between LA & home & my sister was on crutches awaiting hip replacement surgery. Getting off @ the next offramp we began searching for the closest service station &, fortunately found Haven 76. Pulling in I quickly explained our situation & was directed to a service bay where, once in the vehicle quietly died. After a series of test it appeared as if the alternator was good but that we had a short. The service manager explained that he could recharge our battery & it MIGHT get us home or we could leave the car over night & he could fix it first thing in the morning. He continued to explain that he was unable to work on it past 5pm (thier regular closing time because of a previously set family gathering. We chose to recharge the battery & waiting til 5pm. At 5pm, we paid them, said a prayer & backed out only to have the car immediately die! It was suggested that maybe the battery needed to be replaced because it (obviously) was no longer able to hold a charge. So we bought a new battery, had it installed & said our goodbyes, again! It was now 5:22pm. This time we made off the property before all the lights on the dashboard began to flicker on & off & I quickly returned to the service bay we had just left! It was now approx 5:45pm & it was just the service manager & us left. We couldn't believe that, not only was he committed to helping us, strangers who'd he would never see again, but he was missing a family gathering to do so & he was bright, helpful & committed to our safety & wellbeing! It was as if God has sent us an Angel who was not going to allow us to get onto that road if we weren't going to be safe! It is not an understatement to say he was amazing &, @ that moment PUT OUR NEEDS OVER HIS NEEDS, WANTS & FREE TIME! And because of his kindness & care we will NEVER forget him. We ended up having to leave the car there overnight & my nephew drove out from LA to drive us home. The next morning, just before 11am & true to his word, I recieved a call that my car was repaired & ready for pick up &, another sister left work & drove me back up to pick it up. There was much more to this story but, if you've read this far you already get it. If the manager of service @ Haven 76 would go so far above & beyond for a stranger who he'd (most likely) never see again nor service what would he do for a regular customer who lives in the area? I know this much, if I lived within 25 miles of Haven 76 they would be our mechanic! It is so rare to find honesty today but honesty combined with putting the customer 1st, Naw, forest about it! I want to thank the manager of Haven 76 for living that old idiom, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!

    Great service ! Tim was such nice guy and very informative and helpful! He squeezed me in between…read moreappointments for my smog test which was about 25 min. It was mid day and was looking like it was about to get busy so I am thankful !
