He didn't have quite the stain as the shade of the color inside the door. George took two different shades of stains and combined them and finished the staining the door. I was pleasantly and surprisingly amazed at what the completed door looked like as was our Realtor. Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. Not only did they do a wonderful job painting, they also repaired a large amount stucco/etc. issues beforehand, which I feel makes them different from other painting companies I looked at. They were very open to redoing things that I didn't feel were done quite right and came back several times to do touch-ups, which was greatly appreciated. They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them, it seems like a normal part of how they operate. We really enjoyed working with our foreman Ernesto, who was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure we were 100% happy with the work. Their office staff, Leah and Bree, were also very responsive and helpful in getting things scheduled. They were not the cheapest quote we got, but hey, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience with them. They caused damage to our security…read morecameras, sprinkle system, lighting. The costliest damage is to the concrete all around the house. Quote from Pressure Washing company that Cameron sent to clean the grey spots: He did not want to cause more damage, so he only soft washed the concrete. "There were multiple markings/damages to the decorative concrete from attempts at paint or tape removal from the areas. From my observations, the top coating of either the sealant or cement staining was taken off from pressure washing by the crew of PB Painting from their project of painting the house itself." Cameron, the owner got the check immediately after the job was supposedly done and never did a final walkthrough. We mentioned the damages, specifically I showed him the grey spots all around the house. We sent him emails and called him several times about the quality of work and damages to our property. He never came back personally and did not respond to our calls and emails. I would not recommend them. Now we have to hire concrete specialist to hopefully get those stains out which is very costly if even possible.
