We needed the exterior wood trim of our house painted and were referred to Tru-Pro painting by our old painter who was too busy to take the job. Everything about Tru-pro was top-notch. Sergio was great at communicating over both text and email, which we really appreciate given our busy schedules. I used Sergio, Jr some years back when he was part of Truline and they did an excellent job on my rental, a small 1920s home and garage with aluminum siding from when that was popular, and lots of wide molding around the windows and doors. Their prep was excellent, they left the property tidy each day and they completed the work in the time frame they promised. Sergio, Jr was the lead on the project so when I needed my personal residence painted last year and could not reach Truline, I reached out to him and he called me back right away. My home is stucco with little wood as I had just replaced all doors and windows with vinyl. There was a lot of new stucco around the new construction doors and windows, some of which did not look good to me. Sergio picked up on that before I could say anything, giving me more confidence to get the door company to re-do it. Sergio worked around this delay with a positive attitude and I was grateful. Some rotten wood needed replacing, which was done to my satisfaction by his carpenter. Sergio and his crew are just amazing.
