They did not guarantee their work and now they won't release my car back to me so I can take it away from the shop after making my car worse. The owner of the shop would not admit that maybe he made a mistake on the car. He would not negotiate any fixes after the amount of money I spent. They have also affected my entire life. We live in a very mobile world where we have to have a car.

He had some guy do something to the the wiring in my truck, crazy. I took it back a month later and he said he didn't know what the issue was but whenever it broke down to call him lol. I've had several shops tell me to take it back to him and have him do the repair he was hired to do, but I don't think so. Be careful and make sure you get a print out if the work he does.

Spent $1580 dollars less than one month ago having a clutch put in and it came with a 12mo/12k mile warranty.....(approx. 900 miles later) while driving home the torque arm came off the transmission. Not knowing the actual cause of all the noise, I had it repaired at my local shop to minimize damage. When I inquired about the reimbursement of $147 for the repair due to the fact that torque arm was one of the parts manipulated in Wendell's repair......... I was met with excuses and major attitude!

We went ahead and asked for my wife's car back and left the truck. 30 minutes later we came back to check on the truck and we're told the oil for the truck had to be ordered and that it would be at least a 30-minute wait. We took the truck and left... I've been here once before and the service was decent and I will say the staff has always been very professional. However, this miscommunication was completely avoidable, and the entire process took almost 3 hours before finally deciding to leave without oil changes for either vehicle...

First thought was to go to Hyundai. I described the problem and they said they would be replacing the transmission as they do not do repair work and it would be about $7000. Keep in mind they hadn't even looked at it but there was a significant charge for even a code reader. I had already read mine and nothing was showing. I took it to A1 and Miguel said they would take a look at it. After taking it for a short drive the mechanic came back with his tablet and said it's nothing that a seven dollar can of Seafoam won't solve. I have a clogged injector. I used the seafoam and my car drives like new. There was no charge for the Diagnostic! I'm green when it comes to auto mechanics and could've easily been taken for a ride. I do have 152,000 miles on my car sooner or later I will need transmission work and this is the place I will bring my car.
