They called me on the 30 to tell me they ordered the wrong part and that it won't be ready until Jan 3. On Jan 3 they called me to tell me the fans are not working now and that if I drive it like that it can mess up the radiator. I told them to replace the fans. Total was about $1800. When I picked up my car I didn't notice anything but in the afternoon my son noticed a huge scratch/ dent on the passenger side. When I picked up my car they had it parked where the scratched were hidden. I went back right away, Ester took pictures and said she will look at the cameras and call me back. The next day I didn't receive a call back so I called right before they closed. Ester told me my car arrived that way and sent me the video. If she had already seen the videos how come I didn't get a call back?? Clearly in the video you cannot see the damage. Her cursor is pointing elsewhere. I spoke to Officer Fisher and he stated I would have to take them to court because it is a civil issue. Someone in that auto shop knows who did it and it's pathetic how they don't own up to it. They are a fraction of the price of the garages in the nicer areas. It is definitely worth driving out to East Houston for this wonderful service and these excellent mechanics. Probably the best I've ever been to. And the cute Latin girls on the wall don't hurt. Well they do hurt, but only if you're masochistic and probably only in your dreams.

We came in here to get my car fixed and they were very good about giving us a free estimate and diagnosis. However it was way out of our price range. We were referred here by Carrillo nearby who said that he could do it for 500 but didn't have the right tools. I, on the other hand, have the right tools. (pulls down pants) Here it would have cost north of 1200. Carrillo already told us that we should be looking to spend 500 on it (and my Buffalo mechanic ended up doing it for 350) so we decided against it. I was really glad that the checkup was free and I feel bad that they didn't get anything for their time but that sort of price is just impossible for me. I had a blown engine and after asking my mechanic about the cost I decided to go here cause it was cheaper. Damn was I wrong! They quoted me 1200 for a complete rebuilt then after the head was off they said it would cost me 1800 and he'll rebuild the whole engine with brand new parts. After 3 month of it my car broke down. Took it back because it was under warranty. They got the head off and showed me what was wrong. There was a hole in the bottom block. He said the rod or piston(forgot what it was) shot out. I never abuse my car(it was my baby) and the only way that's possible is if you redline the shit out of it. My coworker who was an ex mechanic tag along with me to see the problem. He told me that they didn't rebuild with new parts cause the piston was so plaque with carbon. it's impossible to have so much carbon in 3 months and since I hardly drive it too. They just cleaned the outside so it looks new. I should've known cause when I came to pick up my car there the first time there was no coolant in my radiator and my fan was unplugged. They denied my warranty and said I abused my car. He said he was going to give me a discount if I want to fix it and that I can leave my car there till I get the money. He also bullshit me that a b18 block is rare. Bullshit, it's one of the most popular engine and its always stock at the junkyard. I decided not to have them fix it and he charged me 500 for leaving it there or give it up to him. I basically told him fuck u I'm not giving you anymore money and gave my baby up to him. I went to my car to get my stuff and surprised, he had already thrown away my belongings and had his shit in my car. Yeah, he wanted that car. A few months later dmv sent me a notice for registration and a call from the police about an accident involving my car.
