This includes late and unsatisfactory cleaning (with multiple dirty spots), lack of response when I reached out (despite their guarantee), and LYING to the bank when I tried to initiate a chargeback. We set the appointment for 1 PM. The cleaner arrived in the early afternoon around 2 PM, but the service did not finish until much later at almost midnight due to a change in cleaners. We understand that there was a family emergency causing a change in cleaners, so we aren't too upset about that. However, we are upset at the communication near the end because the original cleaner had estimated finishing at 9 PM due to the delay. We checked in a little past 9 PM and they said they were not finished yet. We stopped by and the new cleaning staff said they'd be done by 10:30 PM. We came back at 11 PM and they were still cleaning, not finishing until almost midnight. With all the time spent, we are also upset at the condition it was left in. Several spots were missed (easy things like dust marks on the floor!). I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, through both email and text, and received no response from them. We attempted to contact them well within the 48-hour period immediately after the cleaning to do a touch-up cleaning (as stated on their website). We had to hire a different cleaning company to finish the job. As a result, we initiated a chargeback, on which KleenPro LIED in the response. They said that we did not reach out, despite us emailing and texting them multiple times to try to resolve the issue amicably. We even tried to request a normal refund from the merchant, but since they did not respond to us, we initiated a chargeback.

Originally, we had bamboo floors that became infested with termites, and we had 808 Maintenance demo the original flooring and change it out to LVT, the results and quality of work exceeded our expectations, we are extremely happy with the work and definitely recommend 808 Maintenance to anyone doing any home renovations. Richard is the owner of the business and he is a great guy, really knowledgeable, honest, reputable businessman. I had gotten estimates from multiple contractors, the estimate from 808 Maintenance was very reasonable and competitive especially given the high quality of work, definitely worth every penny we spent. What I really respect about Richard is that he is not only the owner but also works with his team on the jobs and so he is vastly knowledgeable about how the work should be done, so what he promises you, is exactly what is delivered, if not better. Absolutely NO shady business and he does not try to upsell anything that is not necessary. In fact, during the actual work, the demolition ended up being more work than estimated, plus I also had them do a few extra things than originally agreed, but Richard didn't charge us extra, which was really decent of him. Richard also has a quality team, they were all really nice, professional, very respectful in your home, and highly competent. During the project, I got to know the team members and learned everyone specializes in an area whether it is flooring, electrical work, carpentry, etc., all master craftsmen in their fields and so not surprisingly the work was efficiently completed and high quality. Working with 808 Maintenance and Richard felt more like working with a trusted family friend. They went the extra mile to make things perfect, which was really important to me because I tend to be a perfectionist. I wanted the work to be flawless and to be honest I was kind of demanding, but Richard and his team were all so accommodating. It took these ladies hours to get the house cleaner than I thought possible, from the red dirt stains in the bathtub to the red dirt stains on the shutters to the red dirt...well, everywhere. We turned the keys in this morning and had only a few small nitpicks from the property manager.
