If you're lucky enough to find this spot you hit the jackpot! My son came here for about a year. He started in the summer of 2025 and we wrapped up right at the end of the school year (6-7 years). We were lucky enough to have worked with Miss Ashley. She was exceptional to work with!!! When my son started he was a shy quiet boy with a limited vocabulary. Not very expressive. With the help of Miss Ashley he became talkative, expressive, silly and so much more. I truly believe she helped him come out of his shell and feel comfortable expressing himself. My son felt really comfortable and truly enjoyed going to each session. They are a great team to work with. I dealt directly with Miss Ashley for any cancellations or rescheduling. When we started in the summer I didn't get the time slot that I wanted because I had to commute from school. But by the time school started there was a time slot that was better for me. So don't let the time slots discourage you from a great team. On that note when we started we worked with Samantha and she was equally as great. We will miss Ashley. We are eternally grateful for all the work Ashley and Samantha did for my son!!! read more

My son has had a lisp since he began speaking and as he was on the cusp of turning 10 without growing out of it, I figured SLP intervention was in order. To note: his lisp is incredibly apparent and I consistently hear it every time he makes certain sounds. His appointment was scheduled for 8/26 with Kelly. I was unable to attend the appointment and sent my son with his dad (my mistake) who wasn't prepared to appropriately advocate. Needless to say, I was shocked when I was told that my son produced ZERO errors of the type I know him to make consistently, every day. And frankly furious that I'd wasted the time and money. But I was told to await the report that was coming. When my son arrived home that same evening, I recorded him on my phone and engaged him in conversation. Unsurprisingly he produced the same errors I said he did consistently. The same child who allegedly made the sounds with 100% accuracy rate earlier in the day. I followed up with the office when I hadn't received the report within a week as I was told. I didn't receive his report until 9/11, 16 days later. After I received the report, I emailed Kelly the video clip. The report was then revised to note that my son would in fact benefit from speech therapy as the errors were significant and pronounced enough, outside of typical range, and in line with the reason I set the appointment for an evaluation to start. The justification given as to why Kelly was unable to observe these errors during the evaluation was that the evaluation "involves engaging in structured speech tasks in which we ask our clients to state or repeat single words and repeat verbally modeled phrases and sentences. Although these structured speech tasks do provide opportunities to observe errors, some children are more self-aware under these conditions and may demonstrate a greater accuracy for producing speech sounds than in an everyday setting." I'm not a SLP but if that is a known flaw of the evaluation process, then why not do that sort of stress test of your methods yourself? There were so many positive reviews of Jabberdogs and I thought this would be the place I could get my son the help he needs but if this was just the evaluation process, it's not a good start. read more

I came here after speaking to the owner over the phone who assured me my neurotypical child's condition could be assessed without a full battery of unnecessary assessments. I had no problem paying the $500 fee as long as they focused on the specific strengthening we needed. They said I would get the report a week later--three weeks later I received a lengthy report telling me so many things I was not interested in. We attend a progressive private school where academics are not a focus. As a psychometrician I knew the tests would be invalid because our curriculum doesn't follow the type of teaching needed to be at grade level for a certain age. They said he needed to attend OT multiple times a week for a year to be up to "speed". I felt cheated and terrible that my child had been subjected to such a rigorous battery of tests when it's not what we needed. I can't believe the owner let the report go out knowing what our needs were. Luckily, we found an OT expert in this area and my child's condition improved with at home exercises. read more

Thank you Jabberdog for helping our son with his speech. Samatha, you were always so patient with Noah, even when he kept on going with his stories or when he was grumpy from his nap. Samatha did a great job on always incorporating speech exercises in games and activities, that it always kept Noah engaged. Samatha was always fully present because she remembered little details about Noah's stories and to a parent that means a lot. I highly recommend this place because they really do care and we were sad to leave but without Jabberdog, our son would not have passed his speech evaluation. Our son started his speech services at Jabberdogs back in Nov 2022. He was about 2.5 years old by then but was very delayed with his expressive language (at that time he was only approximating most his words and only able to actually say just a handful of words). But with the help of the wonderful & genuine speech therapist at Jabberdogs within 6 months he has made SO MUCH progress and is now saying 5+ word sentences and improving more and more. Ms. Samantha has been helping our son since day one and she goes ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected. The therapists would even give us parents tools and methods we could help practice with our kiddos. Ms. Anna, Ms. Megan and even Ms. Stephanie have been so helpful with our son's journey as well. There was a season where we were going back and forth with different therapists but that was because they were trying to accommodate US when my son started preschool. Management has been so flexible, understanding & accommodating to my family as we navigate our changing schedules. They also keep all the rooms, and areas well kept and clean with lots of books and toys in the waiting area. There is also ample parking at the location as well as free Wifi connection for parents that need to work while waiting for their kiddos. The Jabberdogs team has been so kind and welcoming to my whole family. We are so blessed to have their team help my son out and begin his speech therapy here. We had an amazing experience working with! From the first session, Samantha connected with my then 1.5 year old son who could barely say a handful of words. My daughter has been receiving speech and occupational therapy services with Jabberdogs for about a year. I am extremely grateful for the progress she has made. Back in 2022, I called multiple speech agencies, only to find myself on a 3-4 month long waiting list. When I contacted Stephanie and explained my situation, she told me that she would find a way to make it work. It was a relief to hear a voice of hope. Five stars isn't enough for Jabberdogs, especially not for Yvonne!!!! 10+ My daughter had a speech delay and Yvonne has changed that. Over time and with work and building a relationship with my toddler, Yvonne has taught her the necessary sign language at first, which eased communication and then with more necessary work the language at first was slow to build but obvious and now it is really blossoming. The play-based, heavy ok repetition, speech therapy has done absolute wonders. I won't lie, the first few sessions, I didn't know if I liked it because I didn't understand it. But I knew it was in my daughter's best interest and Yvonne has gone above the call of duty to get to know my child, understand her and work with her all while having clear boundaries- which all children need and thrive on- for example: no mixing play dough colors, when done with one activity put it away before beginning a new one, etc. My child, from barely having 10 words is now above that and communication is relatively smooth and easy. It is still work in progress but the evolution because of Yvonne has been freaking amazing! read more

We love Jabberdogs! My son has been with them for 2+ years and has worked with many of the speech pathologists, all which were engaging, fun and focused on our goals! During Covid we were able to do our sessions remotely but in person you'll have no problem finding parking which is very convenient and free! Location is clean and they have lots of toys and activities for the kids to keep them interested in the time they spend together. We have come so fat with my son who is now 5 years old. He is not the same kid who first began with little to no language and lots of behavior issues. We have been given lots of tools and practice that he now can complete sentences and verbally express his feelings. We enrolled our son (then almost 2.5 y/o) at Jabberdogs due to his significant speech delay. Desiree was his ST and we have nothing but great things to say about her. By far the WORST experience with this place. We were referred by the regional center our first visit with the therapist she said she would be out of town the following week and would let me know when she's back. I never received a text until the day of his actual session asking if we were on the way? Well I didn't even know you were back in town. Stephanie texted me saying we had only attended 25% of our actual sessions when in reality we missed one. I showed up today and texted our therapist saying we were running a few minutes behind. When we showed up my som and I were notified that we were no longer going to be seen at this location. No one called or let us know anything beforehand. Mind you I just had a miscarriage which is the only reason I missed a session. These people had no remorse absolutely, do better. read more

Stephanie has been working with my son for 8 months. He was receiving speech therapy through the school district, but we wanted to get him some one on one help as well. We started seeing improvements very quickly and couldn't be happier with the results. The homework given and techniques observed really helped our son to continue what he worked on during his sessions and help us, help him. Our son isn't always the easiest the work with and Stephanie is beyond patient with, even on his rough days. The therapy is very much play based and tailored to what motivates him.
