He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. I also compared estimates from multiple companies, and his pricing was very reasonable--especially considering the quality of work and level of service he provides. On top of that, he was extremely clean, organized, and efficient throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, transparency, and craftsmanship this well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

I received quotes from a lot of the top Yelp reviewed electricians and man, even the top rated guys will try and upsell and overcharge. I chose a charger capable of load managing the output during charging, so you won't necessarily be using all 48amps at a time depending on your house's current draw. That allows you to avoid costly panel upgrades. Even after explaining this to all the other electricians who I got quotes from, most of them still tried to upsell. I got one quote for $13,000 to install my EV charger from a well rated 5 star Yelp electrical company. Cee understood right away and was experienced with the Emporia charger. He worked with me on everything I needed, showed up on time and did the job quickly and cleanly. He dealt with the permits and inspection as well. I consider myself pretty handy and do quite a bit of DIY, I trust Cee and his honesty in the work he did and what he charged. That's tough to find in tradesmen and what makes him so valuable. I will be looking to Cee for any more electrical projects I have moving forward. Thanks again Cee!!!

I recommend them if you like supporting local business and want some one you can trust to get the work done right, on time, and for a good price. It was about a two to three day process. They first worked on the roof. It was a quick process, only had a few panels to replace. After they replaced the net screen on the top floor window. Finally they fixed the screen door. It had blown partly odd during the windstorm a week ago so everything needed to be replaced. The process took a little over an afternoon to be completed and when done they also showed us the new changes.

Laundry Room - We clearly explained what grout we wanted where. He uses the wrong grout. Upstairs Bath - Requested an edging on all corners and edges. He happily agrees but only corners the top of the half way and none of the surrounding shower edges. Cuts the holes around the valves EXTREMELY sloppily and then blames my plumber when the fixtures are installed. He can't grasp that the fixutre just screws on and if their are openings in the tile, it's because of BAD cuts. The edging that was placed on the ceiling was gapped 1/4 inch AWAY from the tile! Wasn't filled in and is thus not actually protecting anything. Said his tile came with a one month warranty but is doing everything in his power to blame others. Downstairs Bath - He measured the mosaic and then tiled the entire wall around it. But he measured the wrong mosaic!! Instead of just fixing the problem, he purchases other mosaics and pressures me to work around HIM. When I decide to give him one final chance and I purchase a mosaic that would fit, he installed it sloppily. Very wavy and didn't trim the grout lines for clean edges. Claims it's the best he can do. The best. The Absolute BEST part was when he tries to come after me for more money because he claims "He forgot to put the slab on the contract" on the LAST DAY. Mudding the shower floors is literally the FIRST thing you do when you start a tile job. He says "You should assume it's extra because I forgot to add it." When he saw the job we told him the scope of the work and it was unquestionable he was mudding the floors because he DID it. I challenge Moe of "I Can Fix It LLC" to respond to ANY of these bullet points and try to refute the PICTURES I will link.
