Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Once she got on Interstate 70, her car started vibrating at high speeds, so she exited at Greenfield and called me. I jumped on Yelp to find a local repair shop and saw great reviews for AMS. I called and explained the situation, and the gentleman on the phone said to send her over. Five minutes later he was pulling her car into his shop, and five minutes after that the problem was identified and solved -- ice and snow compacted between the tire and the frame. He confirmed it with a quick test drive, and wrote up the bill --$30. She was back on the road less than 30 minutes after exiting the interstate. So grateful for the quick, honest, affordable service. Other shops might have taken advantage of this situation -- but not AMS.
