They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away

Then after we had it towed, they said they didn't know how to work on it. We tried to drive it across the street to Glendale Automotive, but Tyler had killed the battery. So I had to push it back the 10 yards to get it into a parking spot at Tyler and wait for another tow truck. No one from Tyler came out to ask if we were ok or offer help as I pushed. We did get it over to Glendale Automotive with a tow, and Glendale fixed it right up, no problem. If Tyler had just been honest, we could have towed it to Glendale from the jump and saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and literal physical pain from pushing the car.

Had my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler's Friday afternoon knowing they're closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent. I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low. I literally just had all 4 filled elsewhere. The most expensive was the alignment which was $135. A little higher than what I'm used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. They called 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. It always sucks to have to bring your car in when something is wrong but at least the people working at Tyler Automotive don't make you feel worse about it and know what they're doing

Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

THEY WRECKED MY CAR!…read more They were supposed to swap a transmission and additional parts (clutch, bearings, pressure plate and so many more) and they wrecked my car on a test drive. They hit something and the wheel went into the fender, tearing up the suspension, brake, and damage to the fender and front bumper. When I spoke to the technicians they all told me different stories on what happened. The owner is a liar (he said a ball joint broke and it caused the wheel to get into the fender while it was on the lift) and replaced the broken parts with the cheapest parts that they could find. He complained because my performance parts that they damaged were too expensive and bought the cheapest crap that now needs to be replaced. They "fixed" everything that was broken and He (the owner) told me it was running great. Picked the car up and it limped home, barely ran. Took it back and they were supposed to replace the transmission they put in with my old one because the one they put in was "bad", even though it wasn't. Went to get the car again after the owner told me it was running great. I go to pick it up and I requested that the owner rides with me. Sure enough, the car drove like shit. Goes back to the shop because "my original transmission is now bad." If you are keeping count, this is now two "bad transmissions." When I finally pick the car up, it drove like garbage. The tech that worked on my car said that they just didn't want to mess with my car anymore and never took the transmission out. This is verified because I paid close attention to the short throw shifter that was installed. I confronted the owner after the second test drive with him in the car and he repeatedly lied over and over, and then had the audacity to ask me for payment. Part two: When I originally took the car there, I had a bunch of parts that they were supposed to install, including detailed instructions on what to do. After I finally got the car back home, they didn't install half of the parts that they were supposed too. On top of that, my tan interior, including the headliner, is stained with greasy hand prints. They car came back home completely in disarray. They interior pieces where never put back together, hood upright is broken, headlight assembly is broken, front end is janky, the list goes on and on. Had to take the car the someone else and fix ALL of their mistakes. 100 percent crooks!
