They also told me that all lug nuts should be replaced 5/wheel, 20 total. I agreed to replace the brake sensor and lugs. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away

Next morning got a call leak was fixed and heater would "blow you out of this car".... and there is "no charge, have a good day" The heater was NO DIFFERENT than when I took it in. lying jerks who know NOTHING and should NOT be working on vehicles. We called Tyler and asked if they could help with a manual transmission car because we'd have to have it towed there. They said yes. Then after we had it towed, they said they didn't know how to work on it. We tried to drive it across the street to Glendale Automotive, but Tyler had killed the battery. So I had to push it back the 10 yards to get it into a parking spot at Tyler and wait for another tow truck. No one from Tyler came out to ask if we were ok or offer help as I pushed. We did get it over to Glendale Automotive with a tow, and Glendale fixed it right up, no problem. If Tyler had just been honest, we could have towed it to Glendale from the jump and saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and literal physical pain from pushing the car.

This was my second visit to Tyler Automotive. I went to subpar mechanics recently that I just…read moredidn't trust and my car still didn't feel right. Had my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler's Friday afternoon knowing they're closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent. I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low. I literally just had all 4 filled elsewhere. The most expensive was the alignment which was $135. A little higher than what I'm used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. They called 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. It always sucks to have to bring your car in when something is wrong but at least the people working at Tyler Automotive don't make you feel worse about it and know what they're doing

I called around a few places and Cory's estimate came in with the best price. Unfortunately, they couldn't get me in until 1.5 weeks later, but it was worth the wait. It also shows that apparently they're in demand. They offer a night drop which is very convenient. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. I received a call the next morning less than a hour after they opened explaining what they found. I okayed the repairs and my car was ready less than two hours later. Fast, efficient, and honest service.

Due to the low temperatures when I picked up the vehicle, I was not able to operate the top since the rear window is plastic. They informed me the top worked and to bring it back in the spring if it did not. I paid $460. I got the vehicle out of storage in May of 2025. The first time I operated the top, it did not work. I took the vehicle back in July 2025. They had the vehicle until December 2025. They gave up on the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle up in December 2025. The top still did not work. They had the vehicle a total of eight months and charged me for their time and I had a vehicle that did not work. Also while they had the vehicle the left rear window stopped operating. They wanted me to pay for the parts and labor to fix the window. When I dropped the vehicle off in July 2025 I had ¾ tank of gas. When I picked up the vehicle in December 2025 I had ¼ tank of gas. When I asked if the vehicle had been driven they stated it had not been driven. I then showed them photos of the gas gauge of when I dropped off the vehicle and when I picked it up. He stated he didn't know why the vehicle had been driven. I took my vehicle somewhere else and they fixed the issue in three days and did not take the vehicle for any joy rides.

Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business.
