We stopped by Jack and the Bean Shop with the family, and it was a great experience. The coffee was excellent, fresh, smooth, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our kids ordered Italian sodas, and they absolutely loved them. The service was friendly, our drinks came out quickly, and everything tasted great. It's always nice finding a local coffee shop that has something everyone in the family enjoys. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Love this place, I get a quad shot iced hazelnut toasted marshmallow latte with an extra pump of both and it's soooo good every time. A bit pricey but definitely worth it because it comes out good every time read more

This is the closest coffee shop to my house and I try it like once a year in hopes that it gets better but it doesn't . Every time I come through I get the simplest drink (usually a energy infusion ) and every time it's undrinkable. Today I got a energy infusion and it had like 4 ice cubes in it which is completely wrong proportion wise so it was warm and foamy it's was completely undrinkable I could tell the soda water was warm probably left on the counter and not carbonated. It was a complete waste of money 100% do not recommend save your time and money and go somewhere else. This is not the first time either every time I cave and come here just cause it's close I'm so mad at myself because I have to dump out literally every single drink!! I'm not a review person but they need to seriously review the trainings and quality of their drinks . read more

We've came here for the past few years and make sure we make our morning trip to get this coffee. We are from out of town and found this gem and loved it. We even gave it a 5 star review but now the coffee was okay at best. It's sept 1 and when we left with our coffee I was disappointed and literally stopped by Starbucks and got one that was much better. This coffee shop has gone down in quality a little bit over the years. I've been disappointed with a few drinks here and one time when asking for a little more flavoring the barista got irritated with me. Most of the staff is nice but I have run into a few who aren't very friendly. Also I wouldn't order the chai tea here, myself and everyone I've gotten it for hasn't cared for it. read more

Worth the detour off the beaten path Update...I was surprised to see the low stars on recent reviews given we were here just two months ago. Unfortunately the experience today explains the decline. The coffee was awful, I get coffee with a shot of espresso... gas station tasting coffee today. Bad enough that we stopped at Starbucks ( we try to avoid them) to get coffee. I was excited to give this place a shot being that it's so close to my house but the first time I went they got my order wrong and the second time they made me a completely different drink that I didn't ask for and when I asked bout it they said they substituted a flavor since they were out and didn't ask me before they did, it cost $7 with a tip and for the second time my drink was undrinkable. I will not be trying again, coffee is something I look forward too and having a bad experience twice with not even good customer service was disappointing . Multiple people I talked to have had a lot of their drinks made wrong too. Unfortunately can't recommend anyone go here . read more

The coffee is INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!!! Not to mention they bake their own goodies and create their own breakfast/lunch items. Not many coffee stands do that anymore. The girls here are so friendly and thoughtful. They really know what they are doing. I love this place...in my book, you have coffee shops that are cozy reading places and ones that are more casual mtg places...this has a nice balance. My wife and I have morning dates here. The owner is a real honest friendly guy and most of his workers are either family or people from his church. It is a bit small and does not have outdoor seating, but it's still my favorite coffee place around here. read more

We used to love this little coffee shop. We even decided to get married sitting in their comfy leather chairs sipping on coffe. That was 5 years and about 2 dozen bad cups of coffee ago. After several disappointing visits last year we took a break from jack and the bean shop about a year ago. Today, we were driving by and decided to give them another shot. What we ordered was a 24 oz triple mocha for which they charged us $5.25. What we got was a watered down cup of what tasted more like chocolate milk than coffee. I can only guess that they are re using the coffee grounds for multiple cups. We won't be back. read more
