I've been coming to New Love in Liberty Lake for about three years now, and it's easily my favorite coffee shop in the area. At first, I kept coming back because the coffee is consistently excellent, honestly some of the best I've had. Every drink is made with care, and the quality never slips. The hand pies are also a standout and have become one of my go-to breakfasts. Over time, though, what really keeps me coming back is the people. Michaela, Kelly, and Cambriah are incredible at what they do. They make genuinely great coffee, but they also create an environment that feels welcoming and easy. They manage to keep things running smoothly while still taking the time to connect with customers in a way that feels natural and genuine. It's rare to find a place that delivers both high-quality products and such a consistently positive experience. New Love does both, and it's clear that the baristas are a big part of that. While visiting Liberty Lake, we found New Love Coffee. We really enjoyed our first visit to New Love Coffee. The staff was super friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. My drink was great, and the overall vibe was calm and comfortable. It was definitely a spot I could see myself coming back to for a quiet morning or a quick pick-me-up. The only thing that threw me off was the layout and aesthetic. It looked like there were other businesses, maybe real estate offices, tucked into the same space, and it made the flow feel a little confusing at first. Not a deal-breaker by any means, just not what I expected when walking into a coffee shop. Overall, really good coffee, great people, and a nice environment , just a slightly odd setup. Came in for a Sunday coffee and breakfast. Our experience with the food and drink was positive. The people not so much. When we ordered we asked a few questions and the answers from the front counter and barista person seemed snide, rude, and uncaring. Hard to return where you feel unwelcome. The lattes were good and the breakfast hand pie had a flaky crust and the filling was tasty but sparse. My wife had some quiche which she said was excellent as well. The seating was open, airy, and windows let the sunshine in. As I stated in the beginning though the unfriendly staff will send me nearby to the Blissful Whisk where friendly service and good food/drink wins the day. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop in the greater Spokane area. Their coffee is roasted with a great balance of development for sweetness, and brightness for a flavorful pop. They use a La Marzocco machine so they're pulling really high quality shots, and they've been adding exciting new coffees to their rotation recently, such as a delicious Rwandan. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is clean, quiet, modern. Excellent location. Service is quick, knowledgeable. Overall, would highly recommend to all coffee lovers (and pie lovers, as Bean and Pie is their parent company, and while rather pricey, they do make great pies). read more

Quaint little coffee store attached to greenstone welcome center for the Liberty Lake community. It wasn't expecting to walk in to the open environment with greenstone next door but it's still cute. I love the industrial aspects and the clean black and white motif with the butcher box top. Beverages were slightly limited. I ended up with a kombucha and my son ordered a fabulous s'more latte off their specially menu. The barista took extra love into toasting the homemade marshmallow and sprinkling it with chocolate sauce and cinnamon. I can't say I've ever been to a coffee stand where they whip out a blowtorch. there's outdoor seating and what looks like upstairs as well. Definitely worth a try. read more

Yummy coffee, they've got fancy drips from different places. I had an almond milk mocha and an oat latte. Jalapeño cheddar scone was delicious and apple pastry, they weren't warmed up but they were good. The space is shared with I think a design center for new construction but it was nice and inviting. I host a lot of business meetings and consistently meet customers and team members for coffee. I've always wanted a coffee shop that has a meeting room the the search is finally over! New Love has office spaces and a conference room! The staff is fantastic and coffee is delicious too. A little on the smooth side so I get an extra shot with everything except the cappuccino. quality of drinks is there. location feel is slightly uncomfortable due to the fact that the open floor plan connects them to a tile showroom with desks and free form offices 5 feet from cafe seating. staff was extremely unfortunate. i'm not sure if she was just having a bad day however she lacked professionalism in a way that was truly & instantly upsetting. she became extremely short & tactless with one of the most polite people i've ever met. due to a simple misunderstanding. i won't be recommending to anyone. read more
