I've used them multiple times over the past couple years and they have always done great work. Scheduling is as easy as a call, text, or even a Facebook message. They usually have availability the next day or the day after that. They've replaced an intake manifold gasket, done brakes on a couple cars, and some other repairs and troubleshooting. They've always arrived on time, have been very courteous and professional. They've even installed parts that I purchased on my own. I've not used them for any sort diagnostic services but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. They price their service fairly. Front brake pads and rotors was $100 for the labor. They are a great value. I had vehicle towed to Accurate Automotive. They said it would be $89.92 to do an engine…read moreanalysis. After doing the engine analysis, Accurate Automotive informed me the timing chain was broke. They informed me it would be 1400.35 to complete the repairs. I gave consent to proceed with fixing the car by replacing the timing chain. After starting the repairs, Accurate Automotive informed me the engine was damaged from the timing chain breakage. They offered to put in a new Jasper engine at a cost of $7200. I declined to have new engine installed in car. I inquired how much it would cost to repair the existing engine. They informed me they did not know without taking the heads apart, at a cost of $200 - $300. I declined further analysis. When I made arrangements to have car towed elsewhere, I was then charged $269.73, and they could not give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair the engine. My authorization of additional labor was based the understanding that they could repair the car by installing new timing chain at a total cost of $1400. Additionally they did not even put the car back together. When I went to discuss the bill, I was told to get the "H" of his property.

Front end ball joints wear constantly. Short cuts were made on paint under replaced fender, unpainted area showing. Rim that was replaced is rusting away, the other 3 oem wheels are still fine. Wouldn't recommend for repairs if you plan to keep the vehicle.
