The district manager realllllly needs to figure out how to staff this place. Every time I have visited this location there are not enough people back in the kitchen! Always the sweetest most eager employees but not enough of them to handle multitude of customers. The manager should really work on over staffing until you can get a trained crew. I went there on a Saturday morning and there were literally the manager and two other people behind the counter and that was to handle the customers and the drive-through window. Soooo slow and served cold food. Stood around for 25 minutes waiting for my order and when it finally came out it was wrong!!!!!!

I enjoy Jack In The Box. The food and my orders are always as expected to be, never a wrong order. The staff is friendly. I love it when Jerry is working, he is so nice and helpful. Brightens your day up when you go there. The only con is this is the only Jack In The Box I know that closes super early. I thought Jack In The Box was 24/7. One of the worst fast food experiences ever. I haven't been to Jack in the box in a while but I remember I love their tacos. So I ordered two tacos and a chicken sandwich and a large sprite. The tacos do not have cheese on them like they used to the chicken sandwich tasted like they hadn't changed their frying grease in a week or two and the large sprite had no ice and was warm and flat. I will not be returning to this location and maybe not this chain ever again. read more

I showed up there at 12:05 pm for a quick lunch and no one would come to the counter to take my order, waited about 5 min then left and will not return there. The restaurant was empty at noon now I see why, went to McDonald's and they took my order promptly. read more

This is a review that is mixed. We ordered tacos and my daughter wanted chicken strips. We were told that the chicken strips weren't for sale right now because yesterday, a customer found a piece of glass in one. Ok, a legitimate excuse... maybe. I say maybe because we ended up getting them at another location 45 minutes later. I would think that if one location had an issue with the strips then all locations would have taken them off sale as they most likely came from the same delivery truck (only 15 min apart from each other). Then onto the drinks. Their soda machine was broken and leaking, from the looks of it. You had to get your drink from the cashier, as well as refills should you desire one. The cashier did handle the situation as best as possible. On the bright side, the tacos were great (maybe a little too much sauce as it was dripping horribly). If it weren't for the maintenance and possible food issues, this location would have scored higher. read more

Unbelievably Ultra-Unacceptable. Not only will you MOST CERTAINLY be stuck in this drive through for too long, the alleged "District Manager" responds via anonymous text, refuses to provide his name, criticizes you for complaining and implies that you don't understand anything about restaurants or drive throughs and then won't communicate with you any more. The fact is all their competition has drive through times of less than 3 minutes, and their competitors have big orders pull over. NOT this place. You'll wait and as far as they are concerned YOU'LL LIKE IT too! read more

This Jack in the Box experience was disappointing. I'm originally from California where Jack in the box is everywhere but now I live in Nebraska where there is no Jack in the Boxes. So when I came to visit Colorado and saw them I was excited but when I finally tried it I was very disappointed. The staff were rude and uninviting. The food was overlooked and they forgot to put an egg on one of our meals. The one on 38th street is way better! I recommend that location. read more

Seriously the employees that work here are just WONDERFUL and AMAZING!! Very friendly faces and OUTSTANDING customer service. The sweet gentleman in the grey button up and the two sweet girls are just lovely. Thank you guys so much for taking our order and making our day. People get mad for the dumbest things like waiting in line for their food or other dumb stuff, but things happen and it does get busy because Jack is delish. Only giving it one star because it doesn't give the option to leave zero starts. The people here work so slow we waited about 30 minutes in the DRIVE through to get our food. Worst "fast food" place I've been to. And when we received our order there were no tomatoes or anything in the sandwich like it showed in the picture. Would never recommend this place. read more

Perhaps my experience here was unique because I came through the drive thru at 3am on New Year's, but I was NOT impressed. I waited in line for almost 45 minutes because there were only two employees working (as I could see). I'd have been willing to excuse this, but when I finally received my order, it was 1) inaccurate (I received a box of fries instead of mozzarella sticks) and 2) wasn't fresh at all. Not a good first impression for me. Now, I understand that this location is still pretty new, but the management has a lot of improvement to make. read more

Will never go here again. The wait in the drive thru tonight was horrible. Took almost 10 min just to get to the speaker, then once at the speaker I had to wait another 3-4 min before I could order. They made my order wrong, and the chicken sandwich tasted like rubber and was not warm or fresh at all. Curly fries were good though. This is the worst Jack in The Box location I've been to. The customer service is terrible, the employees seem like they don't care what is given to the customers. I ordered a coffee in a very cold morning and received a cold cup myself, when I asked for another, the cashier at the drive thru window seemed bothered and gave me a pretty bad attitude, if they don't like their job then they shouldn't be working there in the first place, find yourselves customer service oriented employees for once. read more

Went to this place for the first time ever in my life and it was not the experience I hoped for. The lady was super nice, but she did not check my order, and the guy who fixed my food didn't give a sh*t if he got my order right or not. The burger was wrong, the fries were wrong (i do not eat curly fries, but I guess it was the fastest thing to give me so he could go home). Yes, he put my order near the window and walked out (it was late night). They got my drink right, and the meat that I ate off the bun seems like it would have been nice, if it was hot. It was very meaty and tasted okay. I will probably give them another try (this was a late night visit), but only one more. They are way too pricey, for me to keep going back and they get my order wrong. read more

I ordered the same big old ultimate cheese burger and my girlfriend ordered 3 tacos . The fries were cold and soggy on my order and when asked "jerry" at the front he told me he couldn't give me any fresh hot fries unless I paid for them . I showed the tacos to the manager and asked if they were sitting on the counter for 3 days. They were super skimpy and soggy. I have no idea what the pasty substance was in this taco . I asked for something else for credit and "Jerry" said we can't exchange them or give u anything else because you took a bite out of it . Well Jack in the box I am waiting for my free lunch. I just spent ten minutes trying to place my order. The woman kept saying "one moment please." I was patient but the guy behind me started yelling and honking. I told myself not to come to this location. I want to like them, the food is okay but the customer service and speed of service is just awful. I've had nothing but poor experiences at Jack in the Box, and not even just this one but every Aurora location. I wish their corporate would replace people or train better because the food is yummy. 5/6/18 Arrived to the drive-thru right about 9:40 pm. There was a car at the speaker, a small truck behind them, then our family of 5. Finally get to the speaker at 9:53 pm, to be told they are no longer taking orders. We drive right around to the front and there is a customer standing at the counter so I get out and try the door, which is locked. At 9:57 pm a kid comes up and knocks at the window and two other kids open the door. Their hours of operation sign says the drive-thru is open 24 hours. We park over by the drive-thru lane and car after car is told they cannot order. We decide to go to McDonald's in the same shopping mall, order and get our food. We pulled into Walgreens parking lot to eat (the fries were awesome, as always). As we are leaving at 10:20 pm, we see a line of cars in the drive-thru at the pick-up window and the order board. So the evening workers didn't want to take our order just before 10, but the next shift (presumably) comes on at 10 and reopens the drive-thru? RIDICULOUS!!! Will be calling the manager tomorrow. You know what? I am going to call them right now too! PS-After this whole ordeal, my son got online to read the many, MANY one-star reviews. This location SUCKS!! I had not had Jack In The Box in a long time, so the other night I went there for dinner. They claimed the drive thru was broken, but I think they turned it off. They only had three workers and one being the manager and one was a new employee. They had the new employee work the register, so every time someone ordered something she didn't know how to enter it and would have to go ask. It took so long for everyone to order and they were not even busy. There was a family in front of me and they said they had been waiting for their food for thirty minutes already. They even showed me there receipt when they ordered. The manager was working at sloth pace and didn't even apologize to the family that waited almost an hour for there food. I waited about 30 minutes for my food. When I went to get my drink there was no ice in the drink machine. My food was cold and not good at all. It also gave me a stomach. I went to this location one evening through the drive thru. At the window someone was talking to the person in the car for over 15 minutes. i was waiting next. as far as fast food goes you usually don't expect too much but i love this jack in the box..it is clean,cheery and the employees are always smiling and greet you..i love the new blueberry oatmeal and the chicken nuggets are soooo good..they are nice and moist not hard or greasy as some other places..a shout out to Jose (nice smile and attitude ) and Jason (manager) they both made my visit very very enjoyable..i don't frequent fast food too often but when i get to aurora i go to this store..Kudos and keep up the good work..please corporate...keep the oatmeal !!!! read more
